Took my car in for service on my swaybar links, bearings and breaks. My breaks are making noise now, they left parts loose, they didnt replace bolts or tighten the loose parts until I showed them pictures. My car sounds worse than it did before I took it. They burnt my axel boot and Im still waiting on them to replace it. Totally not a good experience for me.

Only needed a tire repair from a nail, they were helpful and quick! Also, since I bought the tires from the Manteno location, the repair was free, too!

brought my work truck in here a 2 weeks ago to get my breaks looked at due to squeaking and they told me it was fine fast forward and I brought it somewhere else and the truck definitely needed breaks.just seemed like when I came to the Bradley shop they didn't even look will never return to any location
