I've lived here for 7 months. I've had to have 5 service calls. Every time they do scheduled maintenance ("to improve service") in the area, they knock out my service. Once, the worker slammed the door to the outside box down on my cable, shearing it in half. It took them 3 days to come out and fix it. Each time they charge me $100 for their mistakes, cost me 2 days pay (I work at home) because they can't get someone out here in a timely manner. Then I have to fight to get the charges reversed because they don't have the intelligence to never charge it in the first place when it's their mistake. Comcast has monopolized the service and there's no other service company. Antitrust laws need to enforced on Comcast.

Pierre was wonderful, I was there last Sunday. He explained what I needed and got me set up quickly. Very patient and super friendly. Dell was working also, what a delight! Pleased with my service from the employees at this store.

Yesterday, I posted my horrible experience at the Frankfort Branch. Today, I decided to try again at the Bourbonnais Branch. I am so happy that I did! Customer service was outstanding! I explained everything that happened and Emari was awesome and took care of everything with a smile! I know where I will be doing my business from now on.

First time in my local store & the service was amazing. It was a very busy hour but the line was worked very quickly. Everything i needed resolved was resolved in a timely manner. As someone who has been in the customer service/management role forever, I'd like to shout out Pierre (i believe that was his name). He was fun, kind, honest, & overall great. Thank you!!

I had the best experience here. I went in to add my daughter to my plan and get her a phone. We left with that and more. A free Apple Watch!!!! I didn’t even know that we could get a free watch. Pierre made sure we got everything we were entitled to. The team there are so nice and helpful.

Rep stole my info, ported back to Verizon and he saved my info and ported me back to xfinity without my permission, thankfully Verizon knew what they were doing and helped me get it back. Don't work here.

If you ever need help with a service or starting a new one, DO NOT DO IT ONLINE!!
They will do it wrong and possibly overcharge you. Pierre solved my problems and fixed my plans with no issues at all. Will definitely be going in store from now on.

In less than 5 minutes, Pierre troubleshot our WiFi issue and corrected the problem with professionalism, expert knowledge, and a welcoming demeanor!
3 calls to the 800 number and a tech apt for 4 days later couldn't do what he did so quickly!
Pierre is truly an asset to the Xfinity corporation and should be praised! Thank you!!
We will absolutely return to this location for all our needs.

My 87 year old brother somehow locked his SIM card on his iPhone. I took his phone to the Xfinity store in Bourbonnais,Il.
Pierre was so friendly and helpful.
He got my brother’s phone issue taken care of quickly. Now my brother and the rest of our family can stay in contact.

I'm very disappointed with my experience at Xfinity in the Bradley store Nancy was very rude and dismissive. Wnile I was trying to upgrade a new phone. She look at the phone and instantly became rude and persistent telling me my phone was a prepay I attempted to tell her that the phone was not and she just refused to even look at the phone or try to help me. I have been a long time customer and never miss payments and I felt like I was discriminated against in this store by Nancy. I went outside to catch a breath and returned back in got help another associate Pierre and he upgraded the phone I would like to now why Nancy could not do the same.
