Excellent customer service. I've had a post office box here for 30 years. Im very thankful for the excellent service I have received over the years.

People always bash the post office. And I have had some awful experiences myself.But the Bourbonnais Post Office is not one of those places. The people are friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to make mail a pleasant experience. From the letter carriers to the PO staff, they are all excellent. Thank you!

Excellent facility. Clean and spacious. Has lots of postboxes too. Staff is very friendly.
