Avery went WAYYY above and beyond for an out of state customer request for floral delivery on a Sunday, the day they do not deliver. I shared with her the importance of my request and 17 minutes later, a phone call to her boss ,who was off that day, and a florist who was off as well, she won over a New Mexican who has my distant business for as long as my bestie lives there. As a retail worker myself, excellent, thoughtful, caring, and understanding customer service that is willing to go above and beyond the norm to make a customer smile and jump for joy is rare these days. It would have been so easy to stick with "I'm sorry we don't deliver today". She even sent me a photo of the arrangement! Tholan's, please give Avery the best review ever and a record breaking raise please. She's the kind of employee that wins lifetime customers . ?

Would give zero stars if I could. Completely over priced for what they had. Some plants exactly the same at Lowe's and those were less than half the price. A lot of dried up and wilted plants as well. No one was around to even ask a question. Will never return here.

What a beautiful place to shop for all of your holiday Decour. They had so much fresh greenery to put out for this Christmas season. There is many great candles cents as well. Very nice.

After our home was built there was no landscaping at all. We called on Steve Tholen and he was great! We told him the kind of look we wanted and he went to work. He drew up the whole design and even showed us colored pictures of all the plants, shrubs and trees. He really listened and boy did he deliver! When planting time came his men were very organized didn't waste time and finished a huge job in record time! Such beautiful work! We were thrilled! The only downside was Nancy....so rude and difficult! If you can avoid her, then Steve and his crew are excellent & well worth doing the job! Have enjoyed our landscaping for many years and will have him back to do more! Very satisfied! As an award winning artist myself I can say Steve knows what is aesthetically pleasing!
