Dion was wonderful - she provided all the background on the different models we were interested in. When we decided on the model we wanted, she walked us through the ordering process with ease. Our only disappointment was the delivery date which is just over a month from the time we bought the bed. We can't wait to experience a great night of sleep!

Brandon was great at the store. He was very knowledgeable and patient with my family which included our four boys in a bedding store they didn’t want to be in. He showed us all the differences between the different styles/models of beds so we could make an informed decision. Great experience overall.
