I had my car repaired by them and I will say that was very impressed as the professionaliam in the whole place from the front desk to the guy dealing with the insurance company of the other driver who was at fault and making sure my car got taken care of.

If you're looking for the best body shop in the Kankakee-Bradley-Bourbonnais area you found them. I've trusted Precision Auto Crafters with my C8 Corvette a handful of times now for numerous things. Their work always meets or exceeds my expectations. Out of all the estimates i've received from multiple body shops, Precisions was always the most affordable and even if it wasn't i would still choose them, their work speaks for itself.

Sadly I had to get a new bumper after someone made a bad exit from a parking spot. I spoke with Brian there, gave him my car details, and had everything planned. They even noticed the first new bumper being damaged and gave me the opportunity to source a new one. The color turned out absolutely spot on. Had to get my truck repaired following a dance with a buck that I did not win. They took VERY good care of my truck and everything that went along with the process.
