A NIGHTMARE. Shady practices forcing extra charges, messed up my title work, and ended up taking 3 months to get the title sorted. The car is a certified pre-owned, and has had NOTHING but problems since the day we bought it!We came from out of state as well to purchase the vehicle, and they were not even ready for us when we arrived after badgering us on giving them a specific time and showing up at said time.I would buy a Hyundai again, but never from this dealership.

i had such a great experience buying my first car here and then I've had nothing but problems since- I'm talking the first 6 months of buying a 2020 vehicle in 2019- My car was shutting off while driving due to a timing issue and it took over 3 years and multiple weeks with no car and no loaners for them to get the problem resolved. I would drive an hour to have them do my oil changes because i didn't trust anyone else with my first new car but their service has proven me wrong time and time again. Now, here i am less than a month after they "fixed it" and my car won't start at all. i called the service department and was quoted $700 for them to fix this car that hasn't worked properly since the day i bought it. I'm extremely frustrated and disappointed.

Rv parts people don't know their jobs. Tried to order a 5th wheel hitch, but they couldn't figure out which one I needed for my new truck. Was told I couldn't use my Chevy Rewards points. Called dealer in Pontiac and used points and the hitch made by Chevy. Still have had a return call from Phillips about which hitch to use. Their loss.

Had a absolutely tremendous experience here with Austin H (and the whole Phillips team) today.My mother-in-law was in need of a new vehicle. We did a ton of research and landed on the Venue being her likely best option. Had to look around for quite a while to even find one on a lot anywhere. Decided to make the 45 minute drive to see the only one that Phillips had available.Austin was there to greet us when we arrived. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and patient. This is a non-commission based dealership, so there was literally never a time when we felt pressured about ANYthing. Every person with whom we interacted was just exceptional.In the end, my mother-in-law ended up in a car that suits her personality and makes her really happy. Seems like a win my book and I’d highly recommend the team at Phillips.
