The cashier was a male (piercing thru his nose) he was on his phone the entire time I was in line. When waiting on me he remained on his phone. I had to continue repeating my phone number for him to enter it in the computer since he was more concerned with his phone conversation. Remained on his phone thru the entire transaction. Very poor customer service..

Fast service but…. Went in for Large crickets, didn’t have any so I got medium. Last couple of times I’ve went in I wanted to get the horn worms also, but they’re dead and moldy. They need to keep a better eye on the bugs sitting on the shelves.

If I could give less stars I would. Terrible service everytime I come in, always receiving negative attitude through out my shopping. I buy a turtle tank aquarium and spent well over $500. Less than 3 months passes and the tank is leaking water everywhere! The store refuses to do anything about this. The least they could do is send me sealant to fix the problem free of charge. Instead I’m given more attitude from the manager I spoke with because “she can not issue me a refund or an exchange being passed 60 days”. $500 less than 3 months ago is unacceptable!! I’ve bought tank used at garage sales that last longer and hold up better! And I’ve received better service almost anywhere compared to this place! Get it together.

I came in for a Beta fish and I chose the saddest looking one. A lot of those fish look terrible and are sitting in filthy water. I truly believe they deserve better quality of care considering they don’t want to be sitting in a tiny cup on a metal shelf under bright lights but literally have no choice. It’s sad.

My pet enjoys the time they spend at the groomers. When I return to pick them up, they are so happy and smell so fresh. Sometimes, they don't want to leave.
