Staff are very helpful and friendly. Overall the place was clean , especially for the amount of cats they take care of. We will likely be adopting a cat from them.

Nice shelter with friendly staff. Problem is they do not answer the phone, emails, or messenger. My daughter n I each close a cat and filled out the application. Neither of us has heard anything. It has been over a month. The cats we chose are still on petfinder. I don't think they want to adopt any out

Very good. Staff was wonderful. They answered all my questions. Showed my husband and I the cats & Kitten's. When I called, I received a response within the same day.

We're New Beginnings For Cats and we've been a no-kill cat shelter here in Bourbonnais, IL, since 2005. We believe every cat gets a a second chance, offering a special unit for feline leukemia and adoption programs. We started our business to support cats in need of care and good homes.
