Just purchased a 2020 Lincoln Continental from Napleton. Couldn't have went smoother! Everything was explained upfront, when I got there couldn't have been easier, no pressure. I did drive over 70 miles to purchase a vehicle from these guys and I would do it again! Thanks Salesman Conrad, Finance Terry, and GM Jeff!

Best experience I have ever had at a dealership. Entire staff treated my son and i like family. No high pressure tactics like other dealerships. Joe Powell is the man! Never laughed so much on a test drive. Jeff and Terry were great also. We are not from the area, but will be back next time we are shopping for a vehicle. Thanks!!

I used this dealership because it was listed as the Mercedes Benz Dealership under the Costco Auto Program. I am a Costco member and had heard that purchasing a vehicle through their program gets you the best deal. I have been a Costco member for many years and have been very happy with every purchase and transaction. Costco's reputation is exemplary and I trust that anything with their name attached to it would be also. Well, not so much. I was told by the General Manager, Jeff Tamborino that I had purchased a certified pre owned vehicle but I have yet to receive documentation verifying this is the case even though I have requested it on numerous occasions. Not only that, I have not received the information letting me know what type of discount I received as a result of purchasing this vehicle under the Costco Auto Program. I purchased my vehicle through this dealership because the salesperson that I worked with was very accommodating. I have a health challenge and am unable to travel on unfamiliar expressways. This dealership offered to come to the City, pick me up and bring me back to the dealership to sign the paperwork for the vehicle , and bring me back home. I live in the City. I was impressed with how accommodating they were but have since realized it was just a ploy to get me to purchase the vehicle. The salesperson I was dealing with left the dealership a week after my car purchase so he was no longer available to respond to any of my concerns. I have been trying to work with the General Manger, Jeff Tamborino, but he has resorted to not answering my calls. Additionally, during the first month of owning my vehicle I have had to put air in my rear tires three times!!!! On July 10, 2019, Mr. Tamborino sent someone to pick up the vehicle and determined that I had nails in my tires. I owned my previous Mercedes for 12 years and only had tire issues once when I received a flat on LSD after hitting a huge pothole. I have no way of knowing since I never received the certified pre owned vehicle documentation if the nails were in the tires when I purchased the vehicle or if they were picked up in transit from Bourbonnais to the City. While the vehicle was in his possession he quoted me $600+ per tire!!!!! I told him there was no way I could afford that and to return the vehicle to me. They put air in the tires and had the vehicle returned to me. Mr. Tamborino stated that he would inquire into the cost of a more affordable tire for my vehicle. As of the writing of this review that was 10 days ago and I've been to Costco three more times to get air in my tires!!!! When I tried to reach Mr. Tamborino yesterday, after leaving him numerous messages on his cell phone, I called the dealership and was informed by the receptionist (who relayed the message from him) that he was still waiting on a callback regarding the tires. She also stated that he was the only person working in the dealership and was dealing with customers. I have also been waiting on some minor dings to be repaired. Again, when I last spoke with Mr. Tamborino he stated someone would be available to take care of this for me. I'm still waiting. I feel like once I purchased my vehicle, customer service was no longer an option. Overall, this deal is starting to feel really shady to me. I don't think my requests have been unreasonable. The dings I was told when I purchased the vehicle would be taken care of and I don't understand why I have not received the Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle information. I was given a number from the Costco Representative I have been in touch with to contact Mercedes Benz Customer Service which I plan to do to voice my dissatisfaction with this dealership. I misstated the General Manager of Sales name in this review. His name is Jeff Tammbo.

This is my first experience with Napleton Mazda and it was great. Our New Mazda CX 5 deal began with Adam Surf and Derek Philips, they both are friendly and informative. The final deal and financing were made by Patrick, he was cool and explained in detail on services and promotions offered by Mazda. They were all helpful and able to work with me to get the best deal

The Napleton car dealership in Bourbonnais was top notch! Mike went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the car I was most comfortable with. He gave me suggestions and his advice, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever. So quick and professional. I felt like family by the end of the whole process! I would recommend Mike Latham at Napleton dealership in Bourbonnais to anyone who is looking for a new vehicle.

Looking at a used Mercedes. Salesperson lead me to believe that it was a Certified Pre Owned car and that's why they charge an extra $850+ on top of the price of what they listed. Come to find out it's not a CPO car, and still had to charge the extra $850+ because that is the policy. Just put it in the price of the car. Don't state the price of $20,000 and then sell it for $20,850. Plus the doc fees are really high compared to other dealers. 2 stars because everyone was pleasant and not pushy. Ended up buying another car elsewhere because of the pricing scheme and lack of knowledge on the certified preowned.

This was the worst service I ever received. I brought in my Mazda to get the back bumper fixed following a rear end collision. I picked up the car and it looked normal, but little did I know it was still just as broken it was when I dropped it off. A few months later I was rear ended again. The second accident revealed that this Mazda shop did not replace my bumper as requested, they covered the broken one in plaster and repainted it. What an expensive scam. I will never come here again.
