Midland is one of the best banks to use. The location I use has Sunday hours also. The mobile app is the best.

Very impressed with the team at this location. They remembered my information after two visits, which makes transactions very quick and always a pleasure! They are sharp! Top 3 bank locations in this area.

Terribly incompetent. Definitely not Homestar anymore in any way. Months of hassle and wasted time. Lady apologizes as if that helps. Moving all accounts out tomorrow.

There time's are not right at all. I had fraud need a new card, online says 8:30 you go there doors locked and says 9:00 so my question is why not put the correct time, now I wasted my time and have no choice but to wait because my card is locked and I need a new one. Wouldn't be a issue if I had the correct time but when online says one thing and go there door locked what the heck annoying

I wish I had something many good things to say about Midland. But other than the fact that they have some very nice employees, I don't. First, let me give you a little background. I'm in the real estate business. I've dealt with more banks than I can count in my reasonably long career, ranging from the very largest (nine-digit loans) to the smallest (say, fit e-digit loans). I stumbled into doing business with Midland via a previous lender for my clients. The original lender, a small and service-oriented community bank, was sold first to a mediocre regional bank and then sold again to Midland. I held out some hope that, because it was based in downstate Illinois, it might be okay. Boy, was I wrong. Don't believe the stories about regional autonomy and solutions, because everything we wanted to do or every problem we needed to solve seemed to have to come from Effingham. Clients' commercial bank accounts had constant problems. Loan issues were regular annoyances. None of the issues -- which should not have arisen in the first place -- could be solved promptly. Dealing with Midland was a constant struggle. Fed up after years of awesome local customer service, my clients moved their business to another local bank. They are happy and so am I. On a personal level, my mortgage with them was transferred to another servicer, so hopefully I'm done with these folks. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Drive thru isn't labeled, don't pull into parking lot, go beyond for drive up. Use second drive way for atm....confused yet? Yeah, the parking lot is awful. 4 bucks for non account holder withdrawl....gouging at its finest. Avoid this location and institution.

Every time i go to this Midland, the heavy set new guy that started a couple months ago always tells me i cant do certain stuff w my account or gives me a hard time and when i go to the one on 50 they do it for me w no problem. Im starting to think he's racist bc this is literally the only person who gives me issues when hes my teller at the time.
