Kohl’s has changed to all self-service check-out.
I spent over $200, and then had to work for Kohl’s for free! I despise self checkouts. Greedy companies making paying customers work, so they can eliminate jobs. You took the fun out of in-person shopping, Kohl’s. I want compensation for the 5-10 minutes I worked for you.
Cutting up the Kohl’s credit card and will not be back. This is why Amazon is putting brick and mortar out of business.

Their new set up just takes forever to do anything. You have to wait for everyone to check out to pay your kohls card you have to wait for everyone to check out to make returns they may have 1 person checking out if that. Don't go unless I have to anymore and won't be ordering because if I have to return it then it takes forever waiting in line.
