I recently had an outstanding experience at John Paul’s Paint and Decor that I just have to share! Elizabeth, the manager, truly went above and beyond in providing exceptional customer service. I rushed into the store during my lunch break, and she was quick to assist me with everything I needed. Not only did she handle my order promptly, but she also made sure I could easily pick it up after work, which was incredibly convenient.
What impressed me most was Elizabeth's dedication to helping me choose the perfect paint colors. She took the time to understand my vision and suggested colors that beautifully complemented my base color. Her expertise and friendly demeanor made the entire process enjoyable. I can't recommend them enough, especially if you have the pleasure of working with Elizabeth. Thank you for making my painting project a breeze!

Wonderful paint shop, very comfortable and cozy, something I wasn’t expecting. They are have a pleasant environment, especially if you’re trying to make difficult decisions! They even have a really nice table and chairs to use while you are deciding! Customer service is very helpful, and very nice! They definitely deserve more business! ☺️
Best part is, if you are someone who is quite indecisive, on Fridays they do free half pint paint samples! Super useful if you ask me!

very friendly sale member. when I walked in it was not what I was expecting, this place was clean and no overly pushy sales person. We all know they type they think they know more than you. Well I will be going back again for more paint.

The ladies in here were very sweet, helpful, and knowledgeable, and helped me find what I needed when I didn’t know what that even was! This place is a hidden gem, a very clean, well-organized store with plenty of equipment for all your painting needs. Thanks so much ladies for taking care of me. Even to the point of giving me freebies because I’m using the paint for a fundraising project for a nonprofit.❤️

John Paul's Paint & Decor is a wonderful addition to our community. The service is excellent and the staff is knowledgeable on their product. Samantha was a great sales person and was very helpful. I highly recommend this store for your painting needs.

I have had the best experience getting paint here as we redo every room on our main floor. Kendy has been absolutely wonderful and super helpful during our entire process! You cannot go wrong with Benjamin Moore paint and the amazing customer service has been outstanding! I won’t go anywhere else for my paint needs.
