Tony and Tony in the service department at this dealership were so helpful when my car broke down nearby on 57 . They even loaned me a vehicle when I couldnt get a rental so i could still to chicago to meet my family. . I gave the vehicle a flat ?. And they were so kind about it. If they were nearby me Id buy my next Buick from them!

I would not recommend buying a vehicle from here. Sales team is very hard to deal with. I had an accident with a brand new truck i purchased.. Hove then decided they are going to hold the truck from me to costing me over a 1000 in storage fees due to them not receiveing proof of insurance in the time frame they wanted. (The truck was insured) I had asked if we could figure something out to make it fair. I was told no and threatened if I posted a bad review.
Note stay away they come up with excuses to make it seem they didn't do anything wrong.... they got their money thar I promised....stay away from bourbonnais gmc especially Jay.. they love to threaten customers as you just seen... I wish I had the photos of Jay threatening me... horrible people GO TO D'ARCY GMC in Joliet IL way better to deal with they were so helpful!!! GO ANYWHERE ELSE YOU WILL BE HAPPY.
Edit I had posted the picture of Jay threatening me "Which is defamation of character" if the owner would like to reach out I would be more than happy to send a picture if it's not seen... all I asked was for them to be fair to me split the cost of a cover.. since they costed me 1000 in storage and pretend like they didn't get the 20k down payment... OWNER YOU SHOULD PROBABLY GIVE ME A CALL
Once again $20,000 is alot for a bank not to expect fraud... so yes they expect the check was fraud..so they stopped payment a d had contacted me and I was in contact with the entire sales team at hove explaining what happened and stayed in contact every 3 business days.. like I said give me a call..
