We have had nothing but problems with this bank since Midland bought out Homestar Bank. The "Managers" are just glorified tellers. Customer service is terrible. I'm closing my account.

I’ve been with Midland (previously Centrue) for 20 years. I am extremely happy with the service at the Bourbonnais location on Larry Power Rd and Brown Blvd. Amaxing, friendly and helpful staff. They know what i’m asking for even when I’m not exactly sure ? From one boss to another, they deserve a nice raise!

Midland States Bank employees are very thorough. I opened a checking account and savings account. Overall I am very satisfied with the service. I have recommended Midland States Bank to all of my friends and family. Thank you for your service.

Best bank in the county and this is the best branch. Friendly, helpful staff that are always smiling. There are no crazy, hidden fees with Homestar.
