As a retail worker myself, excellent, thoughtful, caring, and understanding customer service that is willing to go above and beyond the norm to make a customer smile and jump for joy is rare these days. It would have been so easy to stick with "I'm sorry we don't deliver today". She even sent me a photo of the arrangement!
