Why have a webpage if you aren't going to promote your products? 4 pictures that all directed the shopper to the Store Finder map which didn't even work! Hard to get people in the door, if you are not putting anything in the "front window" and your website IS your front window.
If I can't see what you have from your website, I'm surly not wasting my valuable time at your store when there are a dozen of others literally next door.

We are very happy with out purchase from this store. Brad Robbins made our buying experience AWESOME! He went up and above assisting us with our choice on multiple visits. I went into Mattress Firm with very little knowledge of what I was looking for, but Brad helped me right from the jump to find the perfect mattress. He was incredibly knowledgeable, I would of never thought there was that much information behind a mattress. He didn't pressure me into any direction but made sure I knew what each Mattress was designed for. We worked out a great deal and I just received my mattress, pillows and adjustable base today (one day after purchasing) and I could not be happier. Thank you Brad! -Tristan B

We just recently went in to the store in front of Target to buy my brother a bed. We talked with Brad and Yoime. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products and helped us find a bed that was exactly what we were looking for. They gave us a great deal and were able to get the bed to us within a few days. The only negative review I have is on the drivers. They were horrible, unprofessional and down right rude. As soon as they were done setting up they shoved the paper at my mom and said sign. My brother didn't even get a chance to test it to make sure it worked before they ran out and drove off. They also left us with the wrong size mattress protector, which we have to exchange. It's disappointing that the store experience was great but the delivery service sucked.
