“I have been banking with Illiana for a few years now, I chose them after an unpleasant experience at my last Credit Union right up the road. Honestly never had a bad interaction with anyone there, always have been kind and super helpful with any question or concern I’ve had.
I recommend this Credit Union to a few of my friends and family members who have enjoyed their experience as well. Love how they know who you are when you pull up, not filling out a bunch of slips that have been flying around your car for days. Surprisingly have some very competitive rates when it comes to loans and even have a cool Christmas savings plan to offer amongst other things.
I would recommend this Credit Union 10 times over any other Credit Union in our area!!! As someone who has multiple banks and accounts this by far is my favorite location to visit.”

“The lady was nice. But I'm sitting with $8,000 to deposit and can't deposit it because no one there can do it. So I go over to the Kankakee branch drive through only unless there is a way in but I can't figure it out. . It just makes it tough to get there cuz I live an hour away so it makes it inconvenient that they would not have some one there too open a account.”
