“RV Service was great! Downfall was one of their Porters was VERY loud and shared her opinions on staff in the open around customers while eating her lunch in the sales/waiting area. She needs to lower her town when speaking and needs to be more professional when there are customers around.”

554 N Convent St, Bourbonnais“A few years ago, I was telling anyone who'd listen to go to Levi's for anything they needed with their car. Now it's the complete opposite. All started a few years ago when this new gentleman started answering the phone. He's very quick to get off and doesn't write down the right service for your car. Multiple people I know have had this issue, and i just thought it was the caller not identifying the problem correctly. It became too much when my alternator went out on the way to work. I called Levi's first to make sure they knew I was going to get it towed there. He answered kept telling me it was no chance it was the alternator and that it wouldn't matter cause they couldn't work on it till next week anyway. I called my insurance, and they got a tow truck for me, but little did I know my tow truck driver was hanging out at Levi's. I called at 10:30 and sat in my car for 4 hours waiting on the tow truck to show up. He finally arrives after calling him multiple times and says "well I was at lunch with the guys at Levi's, and they said they couldn't work on it, so I figured it didn't matter." He scraped my bumper getting onto the truck tells me he'll meet me there (after 4 hours waiting I finally got a ride) and that he wanted to look at the yard sale that was going on. They put in a new alternator, and I thought my issue had been fixed until I started it the next day, and it had a really loud squeal. Called them to set up an appointment about 4-5 days later and told that same gentleman (mentioned earlier) about it and that after they gave my car back from changing the alternator there was coolant all over the engine bay. I specifically stated the squeal and the coolant. Dropped it off at night and got a ride to work. I walked all the way to Levi's to get my car, and as soon as I started the car, it squealed. I had to go get a friend from work, so as I was pulling out of there, I called them and asked if he heard the noise and wanted to know what to do now. He said he didn't know what I was talking about even after I repeated over and over that I had literally just walked out. He might not have noticed me because he was watching Tik-Tok on his phone. So I gave him the cars description and what was happening he said he didn't write it down the squeal, so they fixed a clamp on the radiator. So obviously frustrated, I ask what now? He said well "can't really do anything if I don't have the car here." I drove to pick up my friend and got the car back there. It was too hot to work on, so I left it overnight. Fast forward to this morning, Jerry ,the owner, calls and says, "Hi Jerry from Levi's, your belt is tightened." CLICK hangs up. I go in, neither of them look at me, and Jerry points to my keys. I asked what I owed, and without looking up, he said I'll take care of it and started talking to the other gentleman (mentioned before), and I walked out. Now I understand everyone has bad days, but once it become a reoccurring thing, it's no longer just them having a bad day.
