“I purchased new tires at Wes Roger's Tire several months back. About a week later, I ran over a bolt somewhere and my tire went flat on the Interstate. I took it to Wes's and it was fixed under warranty and they put it back on my vehicle for me, no charge. This past week I ran over some kind of thick gauged twisted wire, similar to that in a chain linked fence, with both ends in the same tire they fixed before. They told me it was still under warranty and they would fix the tire. Upon further inspection, they discovered the tire was irreparable and had to be replaced. They ordered and replaced my tire free of charge under warranty, no questions asked! The staff is always great there. They really value their customers. I will never go anywhere else for tire service again in Mt. Vernon!”

“Our car died on a road trip back from Denver to Atlanta at the truck stop in Ina, IL. We had the car towed to Allsopp and they unfortunately informed us the engine was done for, and we ended up having to pay to ship it back to the dealer in georgia. We were stuck there for about 4 hours waiting for a cab to take us to a car rental 70 miles away, and the guys running the shop were some of the most welcoming and friendly folks I've ever dealt with, even offered us cold bottled water while we waited without us asking, and didn't charge us a penny for the diagnosis. Clearly honest and trustworthy people that made our nightmare situation a little more comfortable. You really don't come across people like this often these days and I can't thank them enough for their kindness and hospitality.”

“We Bought a 2023 Rockwood in February from Zoomers. We LOVE the camper and this was our first experience with the warranty repair at the new shop in INA. We had a few items listed for repair and service, including winterizing our camper. Teresa walked through the camper with me and listed all the items I wanted serviced or in need of maintenance. She also made sure there was no damage on the outside of the camper. I was called three days later and our camper was finished. “The service dept provided the best dealership experience I've ever had. I was passing through Mt. Vernon and I had a problem with my 2016 Ford Explorer in Nashville. They made sure the problem was diagnosed to fix the actual problem. I went to 2 mechanics prior to Ford Square and no one was able to figure out the issue with my car. They were very accommodating to my schedule and got me right in even when they were super busy and went above and beyond to confirm the fix they did actually did fix my car! I was driving from Florida to Colorado and back so I needed to make sure my car ran without any issues. Thank god the fix they did work and they were extremely reasonable with the pricing too.”
