So unfortunately my mother passed away unexpectedly so my father and I went to cancel her phone and when we went to cancel we did owe like $150 dollars for the phone ect. Which is fine its the fact the person helping us wanting to know why we were canceling the service and when we told her all she said was " least it's only $150 you owe" like it was kinda rude but we just went about our day but probably won't be back to that store and will be changing services.

Horrible experience trading in my device. No one seemed like they wanted to help me except the store manager. Employes gave me a temporary fix when my phone would not connect to the service. Now 5 months later I'm still struggling with customer service to get my credits for my trade device. Just a terrible experience overall, I regret going to this store.

Terrible experience with two different reps. Fed lies by both of them. No plan to return once this contract is up.
Since I can’t reply back to the owner, I will reply back on my original review. I reached back out to Trenadet Sims 8 times with no response back. And Alfonso Martinez 4 times with no replies. Why would I reach back out to your team again? The link and the email goes to the virtual AI chat. Great customer service.

Okay I stopped in because I kept having this weird pop-up with a voicemail I thought it was spam so I stopped in. The young man at the front took my phone and started doing things giving permissions I had no idea what he was doing and he should have asked before he started doing anything. I have been holding on to some very very very very important phone messages that have to do with some pretty major legal issues and they are now deleted. I wouldn't trust these people as far as I could throw them. They say that there is nothing they could do to retrieve them now. These voicemails have been saved for over 2 years. I told the manager yes I know how to save emails I've been saving these messages over and over and over again for years. I am just so livid I can't even breathe right now

We had a great experience working with Anthony Gagliardi. We came in to move our mobile service from AT&T to Xfinity. This was made more complex because the people on our account live in 4 different states. Antony helped us organize the information we needed and worked with me to make sure everyone's lines were transferred without any service interruption or delay. He worked with me remotely to troubleshoot some issues we had (not for Xfinity--from AT&T). He was always very professional and patient during this process. He also helped us to save the most money possible!

Good organization. Reasonable prices. Acceptable customer service. Comcast's Internet customer site has more advertisements than solid facts about accounts. Need to better integrate wireless and home internet customer service.

Disappointing experience. Upon entering, I was not acknowledged by any staff member. I felt invisible as I watched others being attended to. After waiting for twenty minutes, I had not received any assistance.

The automated phone line you get when you call is the worst, most infuriating phone line. Then a busy loud phone center in India finally picked up my call. Nice.
