This is Walgreen pharmacy is so slow especially with 6 people working behind the counter. I have to transfer all my medications to another location. I tried using this location for my shots but super slow and employee act like she don't know what she is doing. She was shaking and nervous. I will never use this location again

My favorite Walgreens! Nice, friendly staff, clean and well stocked. Always come here. The manager is very nice. He is professional, courteous and friendly.

This Walgreens in Lilly Cache Lane and Bolingbrook Drive is absolutely horrible. Today is Oct 5, 2023. The drive thru has been closed since 2 pm. I go inside and the line is long. On top of that the pharmacy technician was rude and said.. I don’t know who was here first but I need one line. Rude!! She could have said that differently. But this location is always slow with processing the prescriptions. They need more staff and someone who knows how to use the drive through.

I am giving this Walgreens 5 stars because of Trace. I called, an actual a phone call, and Trace answered. I needed a specific item and she was able to get it for me. Back story, I used DoorDash to pick up the item. They could not find it... I called the store, while the shopper was shopping. Trace found the item, that the shopper could not, and brought it to the register. Thank you so much for your help and kindness, Trace.

The store manager is awfull & extremely rude lady. Interfering customers in their shopping and acccusing them with baseless allegations. She claims that she is the owner of this store, is that means she has the right of insulting any customer ? Zero customer service and no respect to customers.

they screwed me for the last time, they gave me drugs that are not mine charged me 145.00 and wouldnt take them back, fuck them im goin to osco...this place really sucks dont go there, i tryed to make photos with my sd card, lady said it dont work go to walmart, cant believe this place went to shit, GOODBYE !!!

Customer service is horrid. I came in for detergent and stepped up to the counter where there was an employee who looked at me but just ignored me. I waited for an acknowledgment or a simple greeting and nothing. Until another worker said they'll take me in another register. Ridiculous. At this point Walgreens should invest in self checkout lines and cut employees who drag down their customer service scores.

I waited 40 minutes in the drive-thru line today. I would have waited even longer but I decided to go in. There were only two people sitting there for shots, one was just leaving from getting a shot, and there was nobody in line for prescriptions. They rang me out in under 2 minutes.I asked to speak with the manager and the pharmacy manager wasn't there so I spoke with a different store manager. I explained to her that I had been waiting in the drive-thru for 40 minutes and still would be there if I hadn't come in. I am disabled and shouldn't have to walk in to pick up my prescription if I'm not feeling well, but I can't sit in line all day when I have things to do. I still would have been in line if I hadn't come in. People were getting out of their cars asking other cars what was going on.The manager was completely unapologetic and rude and didn't even apologize for the wait. She said they had a lot of shots to do and that's why there was such a long wait but that was not reflected based on the 2 people waiting for one. Then she said they are understaffed and "nobody wants to work anymore." I told her that is a poor excuse, and there were 4 people behind the pharmacy counter. If in fact nobody wants to work perhaps you should be paying your employees better, though I'm pretty sure it was just an excuse for the store's poor management. I told her she had a bad attitude, because she did.I have problems like this often with this store with wait times but never as long as I waited today. If you are prioritizing people getting shots over the people getting their medication from the PHARMACY then maybe you're just bad at management, or the store/company needs to re-evaluate and review what best practices should be.One of the pharmacy techs also chimed in while I was talking to the manager, which I didn't appreciate. If I wanted to talk to you, I would have. I asked to speak to a boss, not your slow-moving self ?Just all around unprofessional and they should be ashamed.

Walgreens pharmacy has appalled me with their poor customer service. I came to the drive-thru to pick up my sons prescription . After miscommunication about insurance information I asked to speak to someone to accurately put in the insurance information to ensure what was needed to pick up this prescription for my one year old son . Fatima came to help. Fatima looked at my insurance card on my phone, entered the information, and told me it was not going thru. After Fatima began getting aggravated she told me to come inside and speak to a pharmacist because her line was too big . She was so quick to give me an attitude and shew me away she never mentioned I needed a different card !! I had no knowledge of this . I come inside to speak to the pharmacist to get this cleared and what do I find ? Fatima speaking rudely of me when I was not in her presence . I reminded her I was standing right behind her and I heard what she said. She then tried to make me feel stupid by saying what she needed was a BIN number. Well she never mentioned that before. Again she was trying to shew me away. I went to speak with the pharmacist and within 5 minutes I was walking out with my prescription for my son because I had the proper information to give to Walgreens. Had Fatima told me originally i needed an Rx card and bin number through the drive thru instead of saying this while I was in the store I wouldn’t have needed to come inside . She allowed her attitude and cloud her customer service and talk about me in a very negative manner instead of helping with my issue . Thanks for absolutely nothing Fatima !!
