Always has 8-10 people standing in line. They always lose our orders and can't seem to get it together.

This review is strictly for the pharmacy. I went into today for my Covid Vaccine. The staff was amazingly friendly and upbeat. Pharmacist Jim was excellent. He made sure that all my questions were asked and was quite friendly. He made getting a shot painless, literally, I couldn't even tell he gave me one. Fantastic experience!

PAINKILLER OTC This Walgreens is likely to exacerbate the headache you (probably) already have. My wife chose this drugstore as our primary pharmacy, mainly because it's convenient for us on Lily Cache in Bolingbrook (as a bonus, there's a Buona Beef directly across Weber Rd, so I usually dip in for a sandwich after picking up her prescription). I'd estimate one of us stops here every 3 weeks, so we're fairly frequent flyers. We recently encountered an issue where they processed my wife's prescription incorrectly. Instead of giving her 90 pills for 30 days (@3/day), they gave her 30 pills total believing it to be 1/day. I have to think there are instructions clearly printed on the label--because y'know, MEDICINE--so someone working here wasn't paying attention. After bouncing back and forth with phonecalls, one woman eventually apologized for the oversight of a coworker and vowed to fix it, which they did. Over the last few months my wife's made some friends over in pharmacy pickup, and they've been kind to her and helpful for the most part (excluding the one lady who bungled the 'scrip). I, on the other hand, am given a chilly reception any time I walk in. The associates at checkout barely engage in eye contact or return pleasant small talk, hardly ever doling out a 'thanks' or 'have a nice day'. On the last trip, the guy bagged my snacks and rang me up without saying a word. I might as well be a leper. * TL;DR * Pickup ya meds, grab a snack, and bounce. There's not much else here worth lingering for. It's a shame this Walgreens doesn't have a liquor aisle (wah wah), since a wall fridge with cold beer would've definitely bumped them up a star, at least. The customer service has been generally poor across 5-10 visits; messing up an important prescription for medication seals their lamentable fate.

If I could give them no stars I would ! I came up here 3 days in a roll . and they did not have them ready !if I did not have cancer and felt up to walk threw a big store like Walmart or jewel I would switch pharmacy for sure . This is horrible. Them when I called this morning the lady told me it was ready once again she lied cause it was not ready what so ever . I wish I did not have to take anything but I do and unfortunately I have to deal with Walgreens! But as soon as I get better or I can have my husband get them I am switching

I will not be getting my prescriptions refilled at this location again. I called to have my prescription filled. They told me it would be ready by 11am the next day. I go to pick it up and i get told that my prescription has been filled in NEW MEXICO!!! I would then have to wait another 20 min to have my prescription to process which would have made me late to work. I have asthma and if i don't have my inhaler I could easily end up in the hospital. This is ridiculous and absolutely unacceptable!

I have always come across this issue with Walgreens for years and never had to complain about it but now. Walgreens always advertise paperless coupons but coupons don't work when you go to the store to use them when already clipped to the account. The stores crew including management all act like they have no idea of what goes on with paper coupons Walgreen provide on the website if you have an online account. The cashiers are the worst in trying to apply the coupons and when a manager is paged to come to get it done while customers are waiting, they take a long time in doing so, and at the end of it customers end up paying more than necessary. Why advertise if you can't accept what you advertise?

Ok, you would think in this day & age of modern technology with price matching & internet, that Walgreens as big of a chain they are, would do price matching. I had price checked an item from another big chain that is not a "drug store" the item was a brand name standard item. Walgreens price was $3.00+ more than the other store. Now would it make sense to accept the price match to get a sale? It only makes sense. They make tons of money on the prescription aspect & to just take advantage of folks is just down right dastardly.Wake up Walgreens & get with the program.
