Bolingbrook Walgreens are the worst, the closed one store several years ago and the wait in the pharmacy got terrible, and now I heard they are closing another one in town. Back to Jewel Osco, much better service, all Walgreens is looking at is some CEO trying to and more money in his big fat pockets.

DON'T GO HERE. Seriously. Read some of the other reviews and you'll understand why.I had an appointment for some vaccines. I waited about an hour before leaving and scheduling with another provider. However, Walgreens had put in the system that I had received the vaccines which is NOT true. This is now preventing me from actually getting the vaccinations since the records falsely show I had already gotten the vaccines.This is by far the most incompetent pharmacy I've ever had the displeasure of working with. I'd recommend going literally anywhere else.

One of the worst pharmacy around the Bolingbrook area, don’t suggest to go there if you must not needed. They always forget to prepare the prescription and makes customers wait for a long time to pick up, also have bad attitudes

I am giving this Walgreens 5 stars because of Trace. I called, an actual a phone call, and Trace answered. I needed a specific item and she was able to get it for me. Back story, I used DoorDash to pick up the item. They could not find it... I called the store, while the shopper was shopping. Trace found the item, that the shopper could not, and brought it to the register. Thank you so much for your help and kindness, Trace.

they screwed me for the last time, they gave me drugs that are not mine charged me 145.00 and wouldnt take them back, fuck them im goin to osco...this place really sucks dont go there, i tryed to make photos with my sd card, lady said it dont work go to walmart, cant believe this place went to shit, GOODBYE !!!

Customer service is horrid. I came in for detergent and stepped up to the counter where there was an employee who looked at me but just ignored me. I waited for an acknowledgment or a simple greeting and nothing. Until another worker said they'll take me in another register. Ridiculous. At this point Walgreens should invest in self checkout lines and cut employees who drag down their customer service scores.

My uncle who is hearing impairs had passport photo done in one of the Walgreen in Aurora by his apartment but the photo was rejected and was asked to retake. He came to me for help and I took him to this location by my house to retake the photo. Tyson at the photo department was very kind to help my uncle retake the photo even without his previous receipt. It is very nice to know people willing to step up and help. I will always come back to this Walgreen for my future visits.

Walgreens Team, I am thoroughly disappointed by your methods of operations and customer service. I had purchased a few items online for pick up later. I drove to the Walgreens which was out of my way to ensure that I get all the items I needed. I paid for it and I noticed some of the items from my online cart (which I paid for) wasn't in my bag.
