This car wash is the straight-up BOMB! I travel to the Bolingbrook area every week from Wisconsin for work, and I always stop at Vic's. I've never found another car wash that provides more value for $15 than Vic's. In fact, my family often sends me in their cars so I can get them cleaned up by Vic's while I'm in town. Stop by - you won't be disappointed!

Highly don't recommend!! Work fast dont clean the interior correctly because their rushing the whole time dont wipe of dash boards seats anything but too fast its not worth the money !!! Better off going to the 5$ car wash then here haha!!

My first time here 06/22 arrive at noon I asked to get the detail service of “super clean” costing 65. Their website specifically states “Has it been ages since your car received a thorough detailing? Stop by Vic's Express Car Wash & Detail Center and let our team do what they do best. If you're in a hurry and your car has to look and feel good, we're your best bet! Benefit from our express detailing services. You don't have to schedule an appointment”
The worker literally told me he will not provide that service as they only provide that during the week.
How is that possible when the website literally doesn’t say anything about when and a what times I can take my car to get a detailed service. If that’s the case then this car wash is false advertising their customers.
To add on, I was referred to this place by my friend who purchased (which is why I went) the “super clean” costing $65 took her car Saturday morning two weekends ago. So do we only select when and who you will provide service too?
Plus the car wash was not busy one car was in front of me and two other cars were already being washed and wrapping up. I literally pulled in all the way as the first car to the line services
To avoid arguing with the worker I accepted to do the 25.99 wash as that was the options he gave me. I paid at 12:02 as my receipt states was out at 12:20. How is it possible that my car was done inside and out with highest basic wash paid in a matter of less than 15 mins. Probably less

I purchased the full service option for $30 today, which included both interior and exterior cleaning. However, the interior was not cleaned thoroughly, and my windshield was somehow damaged (I swear the crack wasn't there before). I only noticed these issues after I left. Overall, it wasn’t a good experience.

If I could rate ZERO I WOULD! Tracked my AirPods to this place (I was there yesterday) getting my cash washed and the workers STOLE MY AirPods! and now no one knows anything about them be careful here! I’m highly upset and no one is doing anything to help!

Quick in/out and friendly service. It is a nice touch having a live rabbit to view while you wait. I have had all my cars washed here for many years.
