If zero stars was an option they’d definitely have it, I was with a friend who went in to upgrade the lines on our account and the person servicing him was extremely rude, the way he was asking him questions weren’t just normal conversation from a sales rep he was interrogating him about the lines on HIS account that WE paid for. The rep proceeds to tell him, “we’re not doing 4 lines for you in here we’re only gonna be able to upgrade one.” My friend says whatever sure just upgrade his phone and we’ll upgrade ours later, the rep leaves comes back and says “Look you know it’s fraud We know it’s fraud you keep coming back in here we’re just not gonna service you.” My friend didn’t want to cause a scene so he just left without an argument. Then the same representative proceeds to take pictures of my vehicle when we leave. This was the most racist experience I’ve seen trying to just upgrade some phones. Like what because he’s a black guy with locs and some tattoos he must be doing fraud?

Just received help from Alex and was in and out of the store all within 10 minutes! My SIM card was acting up and he was efficient and kind. I am satisfied with my service and will be coming back!

Stopped in the store yesterday, spent 30+ minutes or more with Ben looking at my account. I explained I was having a poor experience, been trying for a month to reach my original rep to upgrade my phones. I explained I wanted to upgrade 5 phons and add 4 more lines. He assured me it wouldn’t be a problem, all I had to do was payoff about $400 of remaining balances on current devices, very agreeable. After my visit, I spent time (almost an hour) calling AT&T and TMobile to get transfer PINs as instructed by Ben after leaving to prep for when I come back to make things go smoother. I came back today with 8 of my family members and I to meet with Ben and accomplish the task. We spent an hour prepping everything just for him to get halfway thru the processing to tell me he can’t do it! I could only upgrade 4 phones and would have to pay for the other 4 phones out of pocket ($800-$1000 each)!! I was completely deflated, packed up my family and left without being rude or saying anything derogatory. It was a complete waste of time over 2 days and very embarrassing to me in front of my family. What hurts the most is seeing how excited everyone was from picking their phones and colors, just for everything to fall apart so quickly and leave there empty handed. Not sure how I stay a Verizon customer after all this, I will begin my research this week on switching to a different service. You can’t charge the highest prices in the industry and claim to have the best customer service, then perform like this. They deserve losing my business in my opinion.

I ordered a phone online and picked it up at this store. I had the phone less than 48 hours but it was defective and I returned it for an exchange. From the beginning and through to the very end, Shanette was spectacular. Because the phone was defective, I did not have to pay the $50 restocking fee which, at a different corporate Verizon store, I was told was a mandatory policy. Shanette got me set up with a new, working phone and took care of activation and transfer and all of the things I could never do myself. She also took care of sending the defective phone back for me. Shanette is professional, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and she has a great sense of humor. She fixed a really inconvenient situation for me quickly and efficiently. Five stars for SHANETTE!

Only reason for one star is because I can’t leave 0 stars. Ordered a phone online then went to store to pick up worker refused to activate it and then when I get home I can’t use it and we go to a different store and they told us she gave us a phone in someone else’s account and was just lazy! Don’t recommend made it more of hassle then it needed to be

I dreaded going in. I actually put it off for 2 months because of bad experiences at other stores for other carriers. But not here. Bryan met me at the door and effortlessly resolved my issue in a matter of minutes. His product knowledge and customer service was without equal.

Twice in the last 3 weeks I've had to take my elderly mother into this store with phone issues. Tiffany waited on us both days. She was so very kind and patient, which I appreciate very much. She was very knowledgeable of the products offered and helped me decide the best phone option for my mom, with dementia. Not everyone is so attentive to the situation. Thank you, Tiffany and I pray for you and your continued health.

So helpfu! I didn't realize they closed at 5 and I walked in at 445 to ask questions about my brother's bill. The amazing guy helped me cut my brother's bill down by 50 bucks. He also told me to add myself to my brother's account so I could use my Healthcare discount to save him more money. Super nice store and employees. I wish I caught the guys name so I could give him a shout out!

We have been shopping at this store for several years. We continue to do so because we are always welcomed with smiles and very kind employees. Our most recent experience was absolutely unforgettably wonderful while shopping for a phone for my sister. Ariel could not have been more kind and supportive. We will keep coming back and I highly recommend visiting this location. An additional thank you to Shanette and Brian for their help and support as well.
