Ordered a couple decals from local shop through eBay. Been 3 weeks on one decal and over 2 weeks on 2nd decal. Says on its way but damn, this has got to be the lamest post office on Earth! I smell BS!

Every time I go to this location I am completely disrespected and mocked by the workers, especially the male manager. I expect more from a full grown adult, especially working face to face with customers.

There have been two occurrences where my package was delivered to the wrong house, BUT they have always come through and found it within the day. I just had this happen last night and got a call this afternoon saying they’d send a carrier out to check where it might be. The offices were closed and someone still came and brought me my package. I’ve never had a post office be so responsive and helpful, and I appreciate all that they’ve done and continue to do.

it's a nice place but with horrible employees, the lady who is in charge of passports I recommend her to resign because my lawyers are already notified, I know that if you are not competent you don't get hired where you can't handle it.

Never had a bad experience so far with customer service at this location, but this locations mail delivering service is so sub par. This location has lost my mail countless times. I have informed delivery so I see what I am getting. Well, important documents showed they were being delivered, but weren't. And the laziness of the delivery people is mind boggling. I had a package being delivered the other day that I had to sign for, which I didn't know. But when I went to go check my mail box, I had the slip inside sorry we missed you, unavailable. Ummm no... I was at home the entire day and no one came to my door for me to sign. I even checked my nest doorbell camera to see if I somehow didn't hear the bell ring or not get a notification on my phone, but nope. Only person seen all day was me. So, this delivery driver inconvenienced me by being lazy vs coming to the door. Unreal. Take note post office delivery drivers, a lot of people have nest or ring doorbells so people can see exactly whether you are delivering the mail or if you are throwing packages, which I also have seen on the camera.

Great experience at this Bolingbrook location. Darwin was able to help me figure out best way to send out a packages. Professional, polite and quick at the same time.

Just. To send a package. And is. That the girl. I sent it to the angels and it was. Atlanta. And he didn't even say what he had. To pay. 9 dollars. To retract it. And he gave me 1 dollar and now. The package. He is lost in the angels. And now I do not know what to do. Because it doesn't even have a restriction code, not to mention that. I had to pay more if I wanted the tracking code and even an agent. De. This agency can help me. Please help me. They are very important roles. What have I sent? And now. They are lost

Every time I come here, the lady with the curly hair always has an attitude. I am from Chicago and I can really go there but I am a grown woman and pays no attention to negativity like I use to. I feel like if you don’t want to deal with people then find another job. I love good customer service and I have yet to get it from here. Do better please.

We went to get passport for my kids. We had a little issue the ladie with the red hair was rude.. but i went to speak with Darwin and was really calm and so friendly.. so if you go there go to Darwin....

I when to this place to mail a letter and I can tell you that worst experience ever the guy who works there he is worst I don’t understand how do you work on customer service business if you don’t like it find something else to do but when a 19 year old girl walked in he was all over her what a sick pig she can be her daughter this people hit on anything that moves god help us

Products I ordered were to be delivered directly to my home by USPS. The seller notified me when they arrived at this Bolingbrook P.O. Each day I waited for the packages so I could meet the postal worker at the door. Sometimes I sat on my front porch, sometimes inside by my front window with my front door open, and watched for delivery. After 5 days the postal truck stopped at my mailbox, and got out with a yellow ticket. I went to meet him but by the time I made it to the front door, the ticket was stuck to my front door and the truck was driving away. I ran after him and called out but he kept going. (The ticket said, "Undeliverable, addressee not home" and was handwritten) I called the post office but no one answered. I went in and showed them the ticket. The lady was rude and asked ME what I wanted her to do about it. After prompting, she finally checked and said, "Yeah, the packages are here, we won't deliver packages if they're heavy." ( They WERE heavy, 5 packages @ 22lbs each) No where on USPS websites does it list a delivery weight limit. After calling the USPS general help line, they told me there is no such restriction for 22lb packages. The lady at Bolingbrook told me if I wanted them now I could have them. A man made us load the packages in a rolling cart, wouldn't help us to the car, and told us to bring the cart back inside. We unloaded at the car and rolled the cart back inside. Lazy, rude, condescending employees. And they know they can treat customers any way without a reprimand or consequences so they will continue.

To answer a simple question like what time are closing it takes forever to answer instead they keep asking you questions ! Useless service !
