The two women working were the sweetest, most patient people I could ask for. There was a dusty old lady that was causing problems and holding up the line, but they handled the situation with grace and poise. I walked 30mins in the cold all the way down boughton road to return an Amazon package. When I arrived at the establishment I waited in line until my turn just to be met with bad attitude Brenda. Who was very cold, not welcoming or friendly . It was obvious she either hates her job or just really didn’t want to be there today. Regardless I don’t believe customers should be taking the brunt of it. Someone more positive, inviting and energetic would be better suited for her position.

Update in response to UPS comment: I haven’t had these issues with other UPS stores so either you are falling behind helping your customers or you are incorrect with not being able to reprint a label to help your customers.Horrible UPS store location. I visited earlier today to drop off two packages for shipping. The lazy young girl tried scanning the label and said “it won’t scan”. I asked her to try again and with attitude she scanned again and said “it won’t scan”. I asked if she could print off a new label then and she said “no, but you can do that behind you for $2.75”. After going back home to print a new label and not putting clear tape over the barcode I brought it back and the other lady scanned it without issue. When I asked for a receipt they printed it off on a sheet of paper that was meant for UPS labels! I don’t understand how you won’t use this to print a label when you have issues scanning but you will use it to print me a receipt. If you have to go to UPS, use another location as this one is horrible and not helpful. No wonder the bad reviews, clearly the manager needs to be replaced as well since clearly they don’t care about helping customers.

Waited in line for 10 minutes while the only attendant on duty called Amazon customer service line for someone who didn’t know how to process a return. Then was told that my package could only be accepted if I paid $4 extra to use one piece of tape.

Took in an Amazon return, tried to charge me 1$ to put a single piece of tape on the box. Highway robbery. Went to the dollar store next door and bought a whole roll for 1$. I will not visit this location again. Never have I had that happen at another UPS store. Stepping over dollars to save pennies.

No wonder this store has 3 star, it should appropriately be 1 star. Went couple of hours ago, to send a parcel. The receptionist/customer “care” )pun intended) scanned the bar code and told - “it’s not working, you will need to print a new label, this is the second time I went to this store, and received same comment from the rep. Went to UpS store on 95th near Nequa high school, two reps there, they were as well not able to scan but quickly typed in the code and I was all set. @ups , please hire folks who want to work and help customers and not some d*** human robot. Scan / print/ scan / go -away.

Why workers in the store are VERY rude?!! I always enter with a smile, and no matter who is in there is being so cold, unwelcoming, and rude?!!Smile people! It really won’t hurt!!
