I am a big fan of this grocery store chain and go to several of their locations. However I will most likely stop going to the location in Bolingbrook. My husband and I were shopping and looking in the meat section. I had a package of steaks in my hand and happened to notice that there was a long black hair packaged in the meat. I brought it to the gentleman working the meat counter and they just laughed, opened it up, took the hair out and repackaged it which seems so unsanitary to me. It gets worse… we just got home and we grabbed a warm container of Puerto Rican rice to split for lunch. We got to the bottom of the container and I found another hair!!! I wish I was making this up… this time it was a thick black eyelash or some sort of piece of facial hair. Like I said before I’ve never had any experience like this with Tony’s (or any other grocery store for that matter. )… just check your stuff before you buy/eat it

Bought "fresh" tamales from their hot section. They were raw and goey, tasted like pure salt. Also got a jar of picked tomatoes. Got home and noticed they are expired for over a year. What a waste of money. This place is gross.*update* No one answered me. I emailed 2x.

Best prices on produce and always fresh. We find some pretty good bulk order meat deals. Excellent for large family.

I love the fresh foods (especially the salsa), but, because none of the sale prices ever ring up, I’m going to be shopping here less frequently.

The place in bolingbrook is very clean and orginazed and the mangers and employees and very nice and Carlos the manger is the awesome manager he also help me when I need questions

Tony’s fresh market is not the same anymore what happened to all of the cashier employees if that’s the case then I will never go grocery shopping at Tony’s I even buy fruits that were spoiled with out realizing they selling rotten foods please don’t let this happen to other customers that’s very insulting customers are first not the employees that working there

It's not a good grocery store for healthier food. Hardly any organic produce, absolutely no grass-fed/finished or even Angus. No pasture raised or even free-range chicken.

Tony's always has a great variety of fresh fruits and vegetables as well as their own brand of items that they sell. My family shops here all the time and they have great sales and provide competitive prices to other stores in the area. I wish they had a better return policy like some of the other grocery stores in our area.

I have visited other Tony's stores but recently started shopping at this Tony's in Bolingbrook since I like the type of service they offer in the butcher area. Mr. Rolando in particular gives such good service to all customers, no matter if the store is full or not. Not only does he give people the product they ask for, but he also makes sure the customer knows the different options and types of cuts. I always see how customers leave the butcher shop happy with their purchase - in fact, there are people who wait for Mr. Rolando to be available so that he can help them. The products offered by Tony's are very similar in all branches but this type of customer service is not found everywhere.
