“I almost never write reviews but I really want to show my thanks to the staff here who basically saved my life today. My boyfriend and I were driving to the promenade when suddenly my tire blew out on the onramp to I-355. I've never had that happen before and we had to pull over in a very dangerous spot, and it turned out that the old tire was rusted and stuck on. My insurance wanted a crazy fee to send someone out "just to look at it" so I took the risk of driving the 2 miles from there to Costco. They were closing at 6 and it was about 5:50, and I didn't even have a membership card on me. I explained what had happened to the staff at the car center and they had me pull my car into the garage, were able to pop the old tire off and install my spare for me free of charge. I truly cannot thank them enough, they solved what could have been a very stressful and expensive problem like it was nothing at all. Thank you so much! I hope whoever is in charge at this Costco sees this and rewards the staff who were working because they seriously saved the day for me and, and you have some awesome people working here.”

“So, I normally don't write reviews unless I'm absolutely blown away by a service! I had some concerns about my wheels that needed to be addressed asap as i just did my brakes and alignment. I explained to Niko what was going on. He immediately took the matter into his own hands and made me feel at ease! I was also amazed at the technology they now possess! As you wait for your vehicle, you can check in on the progress via an intuitive app! I was able to have a couple drinks at Bdubs, and remain worry free!!! When the vehicle was ready, I thanked Niko for his time and effort. It meant a lot to me to get the vehicle in on such short notice. I was thinking about going to Firestone, but I'm glad I chose Discount Tire! I always come back for their tire services! They never seem to let me down. I hope they continue this fantastic pattern of great customer service! On top of all, my car drove like a dream when I got it back!! I was bragging to everyone and saying what a fine job was done!
