Yesterday I called the customer service line as there was error in the order (20 extra small hoodies should have been a variety of sizes and colors) my printer placed the order without verifying the details and was seeking help to see if the items ordered the day before could be replaced or cancelled. I first spoke to Rocco and he insisted after 10 minutes there is no customer service and orders get sent without changes - he rudely hung up on me. Hmmmm? Then I wrote the live chat Letitia closed the chat before I got to ask anything. I tried the live chat again and no help. I don't think I will use any printer that orders through this company again. Their website says they build relationships but with their inflexibility and poor customer service, I won't continue a relationship with them. Worst delivery system and terrible customer service. I ordered a bunch of t-shirts, the next day I received an email that my package is shipped. After 3 days when I tracked the package it appeared that they only had printed the shipping label and the package was not even picked up by the USPS from their location. When I called them the guy could hardly understand english and could not provide me any answer. These people send out shipping notification to customers as soon they print the shipping label, but in reality the stuff is still sitting at their location not ready for shipping until several days....this has happened twice with me

My retail company has done hundreds of thousands of dollars with S&S. After not receiving $2k in merchandise this week, them promising replacements that have never come, and having large wholesale contracts canceled as a result, their response has been, can you please be nicer to our customer service when you call in about our mistakes that are costing you thousands of dollars during a pandemic? Use any other company. Like, any other company. They're so bad we've reported them to the Attorney General, BBB, FTC, etc.

NEVER have anything shipped from here, they lost my order in transit and didn't even seem to care. Poor customer service, paid extra to get it in 2 days now I lost a very good consistant customer. Never offered to have it reshipped, wow SMH

Worst customer service ever, they don't take responsibility for anything, nor do they properly apologize or fix their mistake. Since their move I have nothing but delivery problems and errors. I will not be ordering from them again. They have cost a small business 100s of dollars and hours or wasted time.thwy only care about big business if your small stay away

Worked here. Sexual harassment from management that when reported gets the employee fired and not the manager who did it. VERY HIGH TURNOVOVER! They fire at least one person every week and all the extra workload falls on the rest of the staff. Rules that are claimed to be for “the entire staff including management” are constantly broken by management staff. Sexist staff members. Constant sexual harassment that takes place. If you’re a women stay FAR away.
