Horrible!!!! the manager assistant was so rude, has a bad attitude, that day she was a cashier, after I bought a pair of shoes, she told me that the price was wrong, she took my receipt, stole my merchandise and she made the return with out my permission. I would have probably understood if she had told me before I pay for the product, but I had already paid for it, she practically stole the item from me. Please train your staff better.

This Ross location have great finds that I don’t see at other stores. Very nice things from household decor to clothing for the entire family. I like this ross.
