Excellent Company to be leased with .. been here for 3 years and always have a load ready when I'm done with another! Great communication from an excellent team! Any driver saying differently is just picky and doesn't wanna work. Email communication is best for the linehaul team. Very close to the end of my lease and truck buyout and will continue to always be thankful for Roadrunner and its team.

I really wanted to like these guys because I've had it up to here with FedEx Freight and their greediness. I had 4 skids sit in this terminal for nearly 4 days! Including the weekend (I get that part) I waited over 5 days for a delivery which should have been delivered in 2 business days tops. Their website even said so on the transit time calculator. Based on the hundreds of reviews I've seen, it's clear these guys don't care about getting stuff done and have zero sense of urgency.

wrost service ever seen in my life still kot loded waiting from last 25-30 hours . no dentention nothing they completely wast time for drivers

No problems for the Chicago side. Huge, nice, clean facility. Friendly staff. WAY better then the L.A. facility.

They don't even deserve one star. If you book a Load picking up or delivering to this place, CANCEL IT. I'm saying this because they waste drivers time. They keep drivers for as long as they wish which could be between 12-26 hours. I politely asked why they take forever to Load/unload, and the response was just astonishing which meant they didn't care. They kept me there for 16 hours. I know some of our truckers will say they will pay detention but how much detention do you think is worth all the wasted time? They say they will call you once they are done loading/unloading but they never call. And if they tell you to leave your trailer there and come back the next day, you will come back the next day and nothing has been done. All in all, you are better off canceling the load altogether and saving yourself headache and a miserable day. If you really want warehouses like this to change, then every trucker needs to take responsibility and cancel their loads. It is as simple as that. If not, then we are just a bunch of miserable low-life scumbags.

This is the company where I have had to wait the longest for a load and seeing the comments this always happens so if you think you found a good load option with this company cancel it and look for another one please if you don't want to be here like me for more than 15 hours waiting for my papers. They loaded me in 4 hours and I'm still waiting for the papers this is absurd, this company ruined my week, it's making me lose a full day and the option of having an additional load so you know as soon as you see this company run far away and don't take any load.
