wrost service ever seen in my life still kot loded waiting from last 25-30 hours . no dentention nothing they completely wast time for drivers

No problems for the Chicago side. Huge, nice, clean facility. Friendly staff. WAY better then the L.A. facility.

My appointment was 11am and right now 9:45 pm still not loaded , polshit this is not good place to pickup loads.
