The rooms are cleaner, very spacious with a full kitchen, breakfast could be better but you are around the corner from a lot of great food options. Located right off the expressway.

This is the worst hotel you can find in the area, I booked for 4 night and left in just one night. Extremely unhygienic rooms with smoking smell all over the room, and to top it off very rude evening front desk attendant. She does not know how to treat customers and clearly not meant for the “hospitality” business. She was arguing with me that I was staying there for 3 days and checking out next day wherein I had checked in 30 mins back with her itself. She continued to argue 3 times before realizing her mistake. Does not matter you are bonvoy member or not, very unpleasant stay, I had to cut short the stay and find another hotel for rest of the week

Would NOT recommend staying here! They put us in a room with no AC and after contacting the front desk they did nothing to help us, only wanted to give us points to make us shut up. Hotel staff here was nice at first but when you have an issue they are of no help at all. We contacted Corporate to see if they could help us in any way and not even 10 minutes after contacting them someone we believe from the staff kicked our door so hard the latch flew open and there was a large footprint on our door at 12:10 in the morning. We thought someone was trying to break in and called the police. We felt extremely unsafe here and had to find a new place to stay in the middle of the night. I've called to get a refund twice, never got a response back the first time and just now the second time I called they couldn't find my reservation. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

Wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone and especially to Marriott bonvoy members.Water in the bathroom runs really slow, and the management is aware of this issue and hasn't done anything about it. Breakfast is really lame and not many options. The old lady working the breakfast area was on top of things and replenished the items and kept the area clean.

The exercise room is adequate with treadmills and free weights, there is a pool(however I did not use it). The breakfast provided has a variety of choices.

Great hotel for my trip to Chicago. Big room for space and bags. Hotel amenities were very clean and were very amazing during the stay. Breakfast was very good. Staff is amazing.

Was there for a three month work contract. Cleaning schedule was not strictly kept, the experience was positive overall. The exercise room is adequate with treadmills and free weights, there is a pool(however I did not use it). The breakfast provided has a variety of choices.Rooms: Rooms are spacious and home away from home friendly, pull out couch if traveling in groups of 2-3 or family of 3-4.Noteworthy details: Would have to say if choice of a Mariott over a traditional stay hotel room, I would choose the Mariott every time.

A key was requested for my room by a guest at the hotel to access the shared door because they had used the manual lock on their door. The front desk provided the key to the requesting party without checking ID or contacting me to verify this was okay. The guest the key was provided to was NOT on my reservation and did not share the last name of my reservation. The hotel should have opened the guest door themselves instead of blindly issuing a key to an unknown party. Additionally, the hotel could have called me to verify the person was approved to enter my roomt. I consider this a huge security and privacy violation. Under no circumstance should my room be accessed by another guest who is not on my reservation without my notification.

I am, typically, strictly a Marriott guy when I travel. But, I will never stay at this facility again no matter how nice the hotel is. The service was horrendous. I understand that after Covid rooms are not being cleaned as often, but every 2 days, they would still freshen up my room. Only they wouldn't take the trash out or the plates I had for breakfast, they would sit on my counter for days! They would give me one roll of toilet paper. I already called Marriott customer service about this and explained my displeasure. I was a Marriott ambassador for 3 years, and now I don't travel as much so I am a titanium member. I didn't feel those benefits at all! Other than the terrible service, the rooms are great and it is in the perfect location.

Stayed for 4 days, 2 out of 4 nights, the rooms next door to us had a party till 3-4AM.. Even though you sign a waiver to not throw a party, people still did. Staff didn't care, made multiple complaints, and they hung up the phone on us after saying they can't do anything about it. Very loud hotel, housekeeping also doesn't come when you schedule it too, the staff at this hotel are garbage. Find another hotel elsewhere save your money and energy.

Stayed for 2 weeks on business. Great home away from home! Room had kitchen and supplies needed to live comfortably and relax. Staff was respectful and attentive. Area offered plenty of restaurants and stores for supplies.

Amazing stay! Staff was very kind and helpful. We stayed in the studio and it was the perfect size. It truly is a home away from home. For the price paid it was well worth it. With a fully functional kitchen with provided dish ware made it easy to be able to cook. The breakfast was by far the best I’ve had at a hotel. With vegan and dairy free options as a huge plus. We will definitely be staying here again.

Check-in: At time of check-in, the associate was very un-welcoming. She did not say any greetings, just asked for last name, and handed over the keys. She did not provide directions to the room, it was very challenging to find the room. I kept looking for 15 minutes after getting on second floor at midnight. The signs on second floor are misleading (as in picture and video) they point the arrows to nowhere. Also the elevator has 2 and 2R, how am I supposed to know where to go?After that, the keys did not work at my room , so I went back to reception, she did not even say a word to apologize, rather she said there are two keys for your room left here at my table. I am wondering, how is that my problem and what do I have to do with it.Breakfast was very poor. No hot food option for vegeterians (can you not have anything with a hot potato?) Bread slices clearly did not seem fresh. Orange juice machine gave more water than juice.Cleanliness was good and as expected at Marriott.Rooms were kept well, with amenities and right sized rooms. Bathroom seem to be upgraded. Overall, this was as expected with Residence inn chain in their suburban locations, nothing special or note-worthy.Noise level was quite high. Could hear people running on the floor above my room continuously till 11 PM. I was on second floor. Insulation could have been better.
