Just moved to the area and I am very happy and please with the service we received! My dog needed full service grooming and I asked them not to shave him down too short (previous groomers in Florida i went to would always shave him too short) and he looks so fresh and clean, so handsome!! He also does not do well in cages, and the front desk told me they do not have to put him in a cage which I greatly appreciated, I'm sure he did as well. They gained a regular customer! Thank you so much

Been coming here for years. They are one of the few Animal grooming salons in the area that take cats. The staff is wonderful caring and gentle. Thank you Precious Paws.

They are awesome. I have a very old dog I take to them and they make him look great and treat him very well. He is not a quick trim dog he requires work and they are fast and he seems happy and fine every time. They are not a last minute groomer due to there hours so book ahead they are worth it!

I stumbled upon Precious Paws when I was searching for a new groomer. I have tried many places over the years and couldn't seem to find the right fit. However, from the very first appointment, the team at Precious Paws have been absolutely wonderful. They have my dogs groomed, looking fabulous and out the door within an hour and a half. My dogs always leave smiling ear to ear, and I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend!! Thank you!

10+ years in service and still discriminates against dogs? What a joke! Don't bring your dog here if they are high energy, they will claim your dog is aggressive and cannot be groomed. They will take it to the extreme to the point where they will accept your appointment but then when you take them there, there are notes saying to "NOT ACCEPT THIS DOG" what kind of unprofessional stuff is that??? And on top of that be like "Let's try it out" WHY WOULD I GIVE MY DOG TO SOMEONE WHO IS CLAIMING MY DOG IS AGGRESSIVE??? In addition, they are overpriced, rude just not worth it. Go to Canine Corner down the street, they are way more friendly and actually like dogs.

This place used to be great with the previous owner. The new owner not only started raising prices like every 6 months but the quality of service has gone way down. Take your dogs somewhere else

I actually went to them on accident when my GPS messed up. I did not have an appointment yet Jake was accommodating and trimmed Max's nails. Precious Paws is very clean. The waiting room is quaint and comfortable. Had I known this would be Max's last pedicure I would have taken a pic of Max with Jake. Max passed on 2 weeks later.

They are quick and very nice. They always do a great job on my old dog. They pay attention to the problems he has and are careful with him. Also, very reasonably priced.

Very disappointed when I picked up my dog, her name is Luna , she was shaved after I specifically told them not to shave her. The girl at the front desk took the notes on their paperwork when you walk in and they ask you what service you want. An apology is just not acceptable and a refund after she looks like a rat. Never Again

Very unprofessional to cuss people out on the phone who are just calling to collect a payment for services rendered to them. Then they cuss at you some more and say to send to collections. I'm sure they wouldn't like their customers to treat them in this manor. Very unprofessional!!!!!
