Stay away from Pet Smart and their deceptive products! I have a dog with dry and cracked paw toes, so I researched balms that could heal them. I saw Paw Balm and figured Pet Smart would have it so I went there. They didn't have it, but I saw a container of Top Paw Nose & Paw Balm. I figured that would work. After I purchased and started using, I discovered that the container is about 1-1/2" tall. But when I started using this product, I found that there is an interior floor that is half way down, so you only get 3/4" of product. Top Paw is made by/for Pet Smart, so they are purposely deceiving the customer in order to increase their profits. This little container cost $8.99 and wasn't even full of product as the outside depicts. To provide this little of product and charge $8.99, they can kiss my... I will no longer shop at this store that gets products made for them and design them to deceive the customer. Not a good business model, especially when I will have an easier time to purchase from Amazon for future purchases. I will wait the extra day and get quality products from reputable companies.

I was very disappointed and discouraged after making a purchase at my local Petsmart. I have been struggling after losing my husband during Covid so I decided to get a pet. I purchased 3 goldfish from the Bolingbrook location and sadly the next morning I discovered 2 of my fish floating in the tank. My daughter called the store explaining that we had disposed of the fish. She was told to come on Tuesday when a new supply of fish would be available. I went in and spoke with the original associate who seemed incredulous that my fish were all dead. She told me if I didn't have the dead fish with me she could only replace one. I explained that my daughter had already spoken to someone and had been assured the fish would be replaced and had also been advised to buy a larger tank and let it run for a few days before adding the new fish. She still refused to replace my fish, so I asked to speak with a manager. As I compared my receipt for the fish I'd purchased with the price listed on the tanks I discovered I had been overcharged for one of the fish. After explaining everything to the manager. She interrogated me harshly about the size of my tank, the water quality and insisted I needed to buy a 20 gallon tank for 1 goldfish. She was trying to upsell me while completely disregarding that I had been overcharged for a fish and offered no apology. She then refused to replace my fish unless I let them test my tank water. I was refused service and it was intimated that I was a negligent pet owner. I left the store feeling even worse than when I discovered my beautiful fish floating in my tank. This was the worse customer service I have ever received. Instead consulting me and helping guide me through the steps of starting a new tank when I originally bought the fish, I was treated like a pariah because my fish had died after I asked to have the fish replaced.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE GROOMING DEPARTMENT !!! Looks like they have new people working on their grooming department. I made an appointment for my dog a week ahead, when it's time for his appointment we were told that they could not do it because my dog have malts and they could not take care of it because of their new policy??? Not sure what really going on but if you are in a business of grooming should you be able to manage those kind of situations? Obviously they are not that experienced and professional anymore???

Jess did an amazing job grooming my 2 Cavalier King Charles Spaniels! She listened to what I was thinking for a cut and gave suggestions based on her expertise which turned out perfect! I will definitely book with her again.

Petsmart is always clean and the employees are always helpful. They have everything you need here. They have specials on complete aquarium sets, very reasonable. Make sure to check out the adoptable pets!

Not the first time they canceled my dogs grooming appointment! Never had an issue with my dog grooming until last appointment. They were extremely busy and stuck my dog in a tiny cage! There were way too many dogs there. Stick to your appointment schedule instead of overcrowding, my dog would do just fine! Now they want a special appointment for a lot more money!
