Ok place to enjoy looking at animals. However I wish the staff would pay more attention to children in the store who do not know how to handle the animals. The animals clearly get stressed out and are put in dangerous situations. The staff is friendly so I assume they may be too afraid to say anything, especially in front of parents- but in the end their job is to care for the animals and teach those interested in their care, which includes proper handling. The animals and supplies are very costly.

I went there to go get my first hamster and if you wanted to buy the bundle that comes with it is 35 but it comes with a hamster and food. But it doesn't come with the house that was a little tough but at least the hamster was trained.

Tanks are always clean,and workers are very helpful . There are two places where the fish are never sick and live a long time and this store is one of them.

Horrible store! I was shopping for pet toys for Christmas when a worker hit the shelf putting dogfood bags up which caused a bag of pet food to fall on my head from behind. Not only did this ruin my holidays but I am still chasing them down to pay a ER bill from this incident. Such a frustrating and horrible experience. They do not care about their customers at all. If I could give negative stars I would.

I had to change my review to a one star after seeing the state their axolotls were in. Their gills shouldn't be eaten and almost non-existent, they look grey and sick, and almost hard to look at. It's very clear that whoever takes care of them is not knowledgeable on the upkeep! They're not being fed enough. Please don't give your money, time, or attention to a business that doesn't take care of the animals they provide.

This place should not allow children to pickup the animals that are for sale as if it was a petting zoo. There were 2 bus loads of children in the store..it was crowded.. we left quickly. Very disappointed in what we saw. Very unprofessional.

It was ok. I mostly noticed aquarium stuff. If you like fish, then that's your place.
