Very unhelpful. Was expecting the item I purchased to be delivered from the store the following day. No call no email. I wait a week still no item. I got bounced back and forth with the store and customer service for two days. I never got my item and have no way of canceling my order. Complete waste of my time. I will avoid ordering from Napa ever again.

I was more than happy they were able to get in the rear wiper for my Prius. I stopped in around noon and they had it that afternoon.The price was reasonable, and the staff is friendly.

I was looking for a rare m14 metric bolt for engine mount. Marco is awesome employee. He checked on his computer couldn’t find exact but went in the back and looked for something that will work. He found it. I love his I CARE attitude. They are not a lot ok people like him left.
