THIS PLACE IS GREAT. went in and they checked it for free.. got me in the next day after hrs. Bc my truck was leaking gas and he was concerned about my kids.. the customer service here is phenomenal.. I WILL BE BACK.. I had a back alley mechanic but chose to pay full price just bc of the customer service.. I really appreciate them.. they are women safe.. lol they won't just take ur money.. go or call and talk to FRED.

Worst possible place to take your vehicle. They had my car for several months and went through 3 Jasper engines. Then told me my transmission was bad.They messed up my alarm system and never fixed the issue.

If you are looking for a shop that does not honor the warranty they give you, or a shop that will hang up on you, or a shop that does incorrect repairs than this is the place! Trust me, go elsewhere. Less than 100 miles on my transmission and its full of metal. Do they help?? Of course not. If I can save one person from using this buisness than this post was worth it

They rebuilt my transmission and it would not shift correctly so I took it back for adjustments, while driving home it still would not shift correctly so I called immediately. I was told I would need to meet with the guy who built it. I called once a week for 6 weeks and kept getting brushed off. Finally I contacted corporate who told me they also had hard time getting a response. Last day I called they hung the phone up on me 3 times. They will not honor the warranty, said my car is heavily modified. If you call headers and a tachometer modified..... they had no concerns when they wanted my money to build it. Also I only brought it in for a seal leak, it drove and shifted fine, They suggested a rebuild. What business behaves like this???? Stay away, trust me Next step will be small claims court for my money back.

Built my transmission and it slips and shifts incorrectly, tried for almost 2 months to get it back in, kept telling me they would call me for an appointment but never did, i called every week to follow up, last time I called they hung up on me 3 times in one day. What business does that? Trust me, go elsewhere.EDIT: In response to your response, first off my trans was FULLY FUNCTIONAL when you received it, brought it in for a small leak. YOU suggested a full rebuild as it is stock and original. After having issues YOU also told me to bring it back to go over with the builder, I called numerous times for an appointment (every week) only to be promised a call back that never came YOU would not take my calls, your employees hung up on me numerous times. YOU are not willing to discuss as mentioned I was hung up on numerous times. Car is NOT heavily modified, asides the paint job, headers, tachometer the car is STOCK. (Reason YOU wanted to rebuild it) YOU even tried to avoid the guy from corporate when he intervened. so you can call me to discuss, I promise this is not going away so easy, YOU created this situation.Have a blessed day

Called to make an appointment for a transmission repair, was told they would call me back for an appointment and never called me back. I called the next day for another another appointment and was told they’d call me back and never did. Just lost my business. If you can’t call me back I won’t even trust you to work on my car. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

My engine light was on for months and could not remote start my truck. Took it back to the dealership, $60 for the diagnostic, and once they figured out what the issue was, they told me it would be an additional $500 to fix! After getting a referral, I brought it right to Junior! He fit me in to their busy schedule, got it back next day. Was charged a hundred and something bucks way way less then the dealership. Where do I begin RIP to the father " chuck " , yes at one point they where good ... not only did I have numerous transmission rebuild by these guys all in the past , But these past few visits , I wish I would have never walked in the door , these guys screwed me over about $5000.00 in repairs on a truck , gave me a petty warranty , few days after the repairs transmission was in worst shape ! I would never recommend these guys nor should anyone ever walk through the doors . Once the son took over it was definitely over for that business , bad presentation, customer service was horrible , had no clue how to treat a past customer etc , not only repairs where bad but their hole agenda !!! Pls do yourself a favor never come here !!!

Wow where to even start. I work not too far from this place. I had to push my car to their shop(wasn't hard at all) but they said I had a fuel pump Issue and an wiring issue. a week went by no calls nothing. for a fuel pump! And a new battery, and a oil change..$600! cool whatever so I paid it. I told him it's been a week I've been walking to work it's cold, do you know when my car will be fixed. he yelled at me and said well you can come pick it up! I knew having it towed someone else on top of paying to fix it would've been lots of money. So I again I let them "fix it it". I came in a day later and he claimed it was fixed and I believed him. Well a month later we all know it's time to do edmissions tests, I told the the new mechanic that there was a new fuel pump he said there wasn't and that it looked very bad and was smoke coming out of it. He said from his experience of a mechanic he knew NOTHING was done. So I took it to another mechanic, same thing! Turns out chuck the dude who gave me all this attitude, yelled at me and lied died today: and the mechanic who told me said he had a reputation of doing that. Idk what to do though cuz I believe they are now closed down! But you can best believe I'm gonna sue them! I don't wish death on no one but These people have hit the karma they deserve cuz they are taking advantage of people! I've been homeless for the past year and to find this out man I'm soo soo mad! Rest In Peace chuck but boy did you screw a lot of people over! I've done some bad thing in my life but just taking $600 from someone who's homeless knowing they need that money. Doesn't sit Well with me. I have sooo much things to say but them closing down is the best thing that could've happened to them. Every single person working there were stressed out of their minds, and I get it but don't run a business if you don't really wanna do it, you end up screwing everyone paying and coming to your business waste of time and money! I have receipts and everything! if any of you are reading This me and my lawyer will be coming after you guys cuz I was nice to these people even when they were sooo soo rude to me. And all I wanted was my car fixed. that. is. It! Nothing more, nothing less! And now I'm w/o a car cuz they chose to go the easy route taking money from people doing the bare minimum! And I'm sure if they are reading this they know exactly who I am!

I called today, after spending thousands on two other cars to get fixed at this shop. I asked can they take a look at my car because it makes a sound after I go over bumps and that I changed everything as far as the suspension. He asked if I fixed any parts on my car that he wouldn’t touch it!! He said that’s a problem when customers try to fix their own car!!! Why would I pay someone to repair something I know how to do. If I caught a flat I won’t bring it to a shop to fix and I know how to do it myself. I was a long time customer but not anymore. I can’t believe he won’t look at my car because I said I change some parts myself, I could have lied ?Service: General repairs & maintenance

Brought our Jeep in for transmission diagnosis after the trans. overheat light went on. Chuck did a really thorough inspection and provided a lot of recommendations for optional work, but couldn't find any cause for the indicator. Took care of an unrelated engine code, and sent us on our way free of charge. Will bring all of my transmission business here in the future.
