Brian was super helpful. He was very patient with us and answered every question we had and was letting us know what phone were better than the next and why. He also gave us great deals for cases and glass protector.We went to a metro that was on 75th. Asked how much a phone was the guy told us one price then we were told a total different price for the same for after asking about a few other ones. Was so happy we decided against the one on 75th street.

The man who runs this store is so kind! He has excellent customer service to the community. I’ve called several times to inquire about a particular phone—and he was patient and kind every single time. I finally went there to purchase the iPhone 12, and he remained the same: kind, patient and knowledgeable about the product. Yes I went to your store at least five times concerning my phone nobody can fix it. I went to the one on Old Country Road in Westbury New York then I went to the one on post Avenue of the guy told me right away what the problem was I wrote you a letter you I don't think so I think I deserve a credit for a whole week without a phone for a whole week okay the least you could have did was respond to my letter and you call this good business

My phone had been hacked and the hacker had compromised everything on my phone. I was so frantic and upset My life was being turned upside down. Went into the Metro store at 427 N Bolingbrook Dr. in Bolingbrook They saved the day and my identity I can't begin to thank them enough. They were so calming, understanding, and helpful. I will always go to their store and recommend others do the same. Stop in there You will be glad you did.

Took a phone I had just bought hours beforehand to unlock it & the woman who attended to my request ended up scratching my phone in two key places; Intentionally, when I went to retrieve my debit card. It'll cost over $200 to replace. Basic pleasure of watching videos on my phone is gone now. ..Seems to be a trend amongst cell phone service stores in general. Only reason I won't leave 1 star was the modest price of the service.I don't recommend giving any member of this store the benefit of the doubt.Edit: She was mad thick though. I'd take her phone # as compensation.

I went to upgrade my phone to iphone 8 plus and first sales guy said let me check the back he came back said he has girl color then i wanted that color he said let me check again. Then he said no we don't have that one either but i said, you just check!! he seemed like he was hiding something or didn't wanted to give to me because i wasn't perhaps buying anything else. Very unprofessional people to deal with and thats why i give them one star not even
