Just now I was in the T-Mobile Metro store I watched the employee get down right nasty for absolutely no reason to another customer because they accidentally knocked a phone over it was an older lady too in her 70s who did it and the lady was cussing under her breath at her it was horrible I decided to go ahead and leave with the other customers and I will not be returning to the store.

I was in the store and the employee was very mean to me I accidentally knocked over a phone that was not bolted in and I was told to not pick up the phones and I did not pick the phone up all I did was touch it and it fell over the lady cussed at me and was very rude I am 76 years old and do not appreciate being treated this way. And the store to anybody horrible customer service and the rude to older customers! If I could give negative Stars I would!!!

Just spoke with an employee and was charging more for activation fee , she wasn't even making sence why she was charging me $260 for a free phone .Avoid this location

I could tell the lady that was supposed to be working wanted to go eat her lunch rather than assist me. I told her thank you for the little but of information she provided and she didn't say anything such as you're welcome. When I arrived at this location the door was locked. She came back with someone and their lunch lol. Maybe I'll stay with Verizon.

So Diana had this crazy customer.... Extremely pushy and didn't listen to the 5 or 6 times she patiently tried to explain the situation. She was polite in every exchange with this customer... went the extra mile to ensure him on the process.... Yet this guy did not want to listen... or accept her polite response. I say here in utter amazement at how polite... yet firm.... Even apologized for the confusion and the customer still wouldn't let up. She maintained her composure the entire 15 minutes he attempted to berate her and tell how she was wrong. This was the perfect example of how retain customers. Because of Diana I will continue to frequent this location!!! She was excellent!!! She handled my daughters upgrade with such grace... we laughed and it was super fast. She made us feel extremely comfortable! You've got a rockstar on your hands.

Very unhelpful I went in with an issue I was having and was told they couldn’t help me because I had set up my account online and that i had to figure it out by myself. Guy in the front also has a very negative attitude.

They need costumer first 101 the gy closed the door when costumers came in dint help new girl dint anser his phone the manger to me if u dint ansr when new worker is wirking u need to stay home. Not maneger material

When I say hands down the best customer service. (CHRISTINA)!!! Took her time with me. Soo happy to help me and what I needed done I thought would have taken a long time took about 30 minutes, she was able to help me get my new iPhone set up to be as my old one. Christina I can tell likes to make sure her customers are leaving happy and content
