This Menards is the worst Menards I’ve ever experienced most of all staffing is rude , entitled and unprofessional. I’ve gotten plenty of compliants regarding the workers that work outside that they are lazy and don’t want it help customers with putting items in their car they make them do all the work. Management gets upset when you express how you feel and be honest about it. Management extremely rude to customers uses profanity around the store workers mugging people. This Menards is not a store I would recommend to the public. This store needs a whole new management team. They have no respect for workers they let their title get to their head . Very unorganized customers have complained they never have the Material they need. Management team does not help you when needed. The store manger STEVE is very rude. I would never recommend anyone to this store.

I was buying construction material for my house in the town of Bolingbrook and the cashier named ALICIA treated me in an arrogant and aggressive manner simply because the membership barcode did not work, she called Mannanger, and in her presence she continued screaming and challenging me like crazy. He almost put his ID in my face, challenging me with his name, it's a shameless that a company as prestigious and recognized as it is has such unprofessional and poorly trained staff to serve customers, where customer service is key to increasing the companies' sales. .

Came here to buy mulch. Waited in line paid went to pick up one of those plastic sheets that these places always have so you don't get your car dirty and this young man at the counter directed me toward these little orange flags that he said I could lay down as many as I want. Oh my gosh seriously? Can't even imagine how that would work. I have a new car and I certainly don't want the back ruined with these wet bags of mulch. When I told the man I just wanted my money back he wanted me to take all of these and go to the other side of the store to return them. I asked for a manager. I can't walk on this bad knee right now. She was great. She voided the transaction. Done. But it really sucks that people have to push and push and push to make something happen and it shouldn't be that way. Not real happy with this particular store and I will not be back...

The store itself is huge and always stocked. Appreciate the rebates so much because I can always use them for a future project + Kate from the garden center was super helpful and nice, helped load up my cart this past trip!
