Having a Double Masectomy within itself is a lot! To have someone (staff) who makes you feel reassured with yourself and your confidence is a winner in my eyes! They never made me feel I was being judged or frowned upon. Very empathetic. They have beautiful attire, wigs, comfortable prosthetics, etc. to choose from! “At first they were okay. Brought me an old portable home concentrator and some tanks and some tubing. Tech that brought it seemed competent enough and told me my portable oxygen machine would be delivered in about a month. That was six months ago. Every time I call I get the same story about how in demand they are and how short the supply is. Can’t give me an idea of when they might come in. Now they don’t take my calls. They never once called to see if things were going okay or if I needed supplies. Dose anyone knows another company I can switch to???Someone called me the day after I wrote this review and said someone would bring me a portable oxygen concentrator the next day. Joel came the next day and was very polite and very knowledgeable. He explained everything to me and showed me how to use the backup tanks. I am very pleased and breathing happy!!!”

“I called the Byram 800 number more than 20 years ago and was so fortunate that it was Cindy P that I was connected to. I have had an ileostomy since1971, so have the background to know that Cindy's broad knowledge of ostomy supplies resulted in a trust in her recommendations. I also appreciated that she was always able to accommodate certain requests such as not shipping through USPS so I would no longer receive smashed boxes. Finally, over the years, I have had a chance to know more about Cindy as not just an order-taker, so know that she is truly a delightful person that I'm sure extends well beyond her customer service at Byram.”
