“Efficiency of this store is top-notch! Had gentleman hold door for me last week and stated, in a humorous manner, "she's in a bad mood today", then understood what he meant. "Allie" is well-versed in her job and efficient but snaps a, "what can I do for you" and her demeanor is anything but friendly and professional. She did the same thing to the individual who was after me so am aware it's potentially nothing personal.
Thought after sharing a comment with owners a few years ago, something positive would've come from this; but alas. Same owners have store on 75th near the Jiffy Lube; will drive over to that location. Those folks are always friendly and kind.”

“The young man that worked on Sunday around 1 pm was an absolute pleasure. There was a customer in front of me that did not speak English. He took his time and helped translate with an app on his phone. He was very patient and professional. Words really can't say how much I was impressed.”

“We went to return Christmas gifts here and we had at least 6 or 7 of them to return. For some of them we had the labels printed out, but we were missing a few others. The young woman assisting us couldn't have been more gracious and patient, even as the line started to accumulate behind us, she remained kind and pleasant. Frankly, I was shocked, but super impressed as well. Not one eye roll, grimace of frustration, or change in her tone, just extremely calm and helpful. Wish we had more people like this in our world. Best treatment as a customer that I've received in a long time.”

The staff there are extremely helpful and responsive.
I would especially like to thank Lucy Mackey in particular.
She went out of her way to regularly keep me updated about my return packet and personally picked up my return courier from my home when I was away and held it for a week.

“I have been going to this store exclusively after so many packages sent thru the mail system lost & opening investigations on lost packages just to never get any follow-up or resolution on them. In 2 yrs I am so thrilled to report not 1 single lost package & in most cases the packages are delivered earlier than quoted. John gives First Class service & I have witnessed him be very patient & helpful with his staff. John’s store will always be my first choice of shipping packages as long as John is there. I have never been disappointed. It’s very hard these days to get any professionalism & courteousness as a paying customer. John is always polite & is always sure to ask if he can help in any other way before wishing you a parting good day. Other stores & business could learn a lot by taking John’s lead. Thank you John!”

She was so kind when I showed up from the warehouse location not knowing anything about shipping out packages (I found they weren't able to print shipping labels at the warehouse). “Massive parking lot in the Jewel/McDonald's/Arby's strip mall on 159th and Farrell Road. Always well staffed and even if there's a line, things move quickly and efficiently. Better than most locations of this chain.”
“Very friendly staff, longest line was 3 people, and only slowed down because they were not ready to do business. Every one of the 100's of prepaid packages that I shipped through this location was handled on time, safely and as promised.
Apparently there is a rule that we are supposed to complain about prices here- but to my frequent user eyes, the prices for last minute convenience items are very reasonable. It is not the shipping locations responsibility to provide you with envelopes at a price you like- prepare your shipment BEFORE you arrive at the carrier's location, and you won't need last minute supplies. And about that free stuff? For UPS to give you free shipping supplies, means we all pay more for your behavior. Not right, not fair to the rest of the world. That's not their job, learn to handle your own stuff without acting entitled. This location has always been a delight to work with, and completely professional in every regard. Even if it wasn't the only game in town, it would still be the best solution for convenient UPS shipping around.”
