“I see a bunch of negative reviews on this agency, and I do not understand them. I had an issue with my premium and when I called the ladies got right to work. The first lady I spoke with (I believe her name was Jennifer) could tell I was upset and started to try and remedy the problem. She had to take a message and get my representative that started my policy involved Natalie, and informed me that she would call me back. I was impatient and called back an hour later to find out that they have been working on it and was going to call me in a minute. Natalie went above and beyond to remedy the issue and got me taken care of perfectly. I've never had such great customer service in my life. The ladies at this office are fantastic people and I can not thank them enough for helping me!”
