I really enjoy shopping at Kohl's- but something is starting to really get on my nerves. The only reason I'm giving it a 4 star is due to the fact that every time I check out I'm asked if I'd like to open a Kohl's card. I don't mind being asked, I know cashier's are told to do that, BUT when I say "no thanks" most of the girl's won't take 'no' for an answer. Today the girl told me I would save $9.00. Again, I said 'no thanks, at this time I don't want any new credit cards.' Then she went on to tell me I can open it up and pay on it right away! That's not why I don't want the card- I have a reason I'm using my Visa! Again I said "no", and then she got an attitude. Told me I wouldn't be able to use my 25% coupon, because it's only for use with a Kohl's card- I had to tell her that wasn't true because I read my offer. When she scanned it, my discount came off. When did cashier's start becoming financial advisers?" I don't like lying, that's why I hontestly tell them I don't have a Kohl's charge but the attitude you get & the bagering is not good for business.

I like this kohls store in bolingbrook. You will get all the stuff from a minimum of $10 till your range. Good deals always. Nice spacious and clean store.

The Sephora in Kohls is nice and it close and Grace was helpful and knowledgeable on her products. I will definitely be going back there.

Do not do Amazon returns at this Kohl’s Bolingbrook location. I returned four items and the person scanned three of them and said the fourth barcode was a duplicate. It wasn’t so now for the last week and a half. I’ve been calling Amazon so they can check the box to verify that there were four items in the box. When I tried to call Kohl’s, they brushed me off and said I have to go back to Amazon customer service even though they were the ones that made the mistake. Terrible Service.. Hopefully you can avoid it happening to you.

Just Shopped at Kohl’s on Boughton in Bolingbrook. Chrissy assisted me in my needs. She was very accommodating and very friendly. It’s nice to treated so kindly! Kudos to you Chrissy and your respect for your customers

I am a regular Kohls customer. I usually shop at the same two store locations, both absolutely fine. One is quite near to my home, the other is much farther away. The distant one is the Bolingbrook store. Not the only reason why I enjoy this location, but it always seems to have more room for shopping. As far as staff and customer service goes, Kohl's always does something right.
