Ordered through the app for pick up 2 hours in advance (6 items total) and it’s delayed. It’s been more of a hassle. I could have walked in and grabbed these items myself if I had known it takes over 2 hours to grab 6 items from the shelf.
Additionally, I’ve been the only car here in the pickup lanes, so im not sure why there’s a delay when I’m the only car here?

I took some moldy cheese back to this place (they are forever selling expired food!). The customer service woman behaved as if she did not believe me when I told her that it was moldy. Lady, you know y'all sell expired food.

Only giving 5 stars because of awesome people you have working here which is Cai, Kelly and Patty thank you for all the help today. Picking up an order here I will probably not do again but I will continue to shop here.

Felt like a necessary edit: I had a rude older woman behind the deli counter start screaming at me (literally screaming) because I hadn't grabbed a ticket. The tickets were strewn all over the floor hanging out of the dispenser and no one was updating the wall counter. I thought it was broken or something so I didn't take one. There was only one other family there besides me so I figured it'd be obvious I'm next. Then a third family walked up for some chicken and I guess this was all just too much for her now so she continues yelling at me and explaining to me how the tickets work like I'm some kind of moron. I told her to stop speaking to me like a child and to stop being rude. Then she wanted to take my order and I said absolutely not, you are so incredibly rude. So I demanded a very obvious new hire cut my meat instead. She looked insulted, walked away, then trashed me to a co-worker in front of other customers while she glared at me. Half way through my meat getting cut she comes around the counter to apologize, and I tried responding and she cut me off and then continued to lecture me about how the tickets work again. It's like she just wanted the last word. I told her to get away from me. What is wrong with you all???
What is with the deli here? Seems like they only schedule one competent person at the time and the other two are just off task every single time I go. Got an older lady mopping the floor instead of helping customers while the woman working the hot chicken tries to juggle it all, other times it was a young girl who never stopped talking and would interrupt me to continue her conversation with her co-workers, and the last time I went it was two guys; the one who helped me haphazardly put all my meat in the bags and closed them so the zip would get caught in it and now I have a few bags breaking and ripping. Went to eat the lemon pepper chicken I bought yesterday and it was spoiled.
I only started coming back to Jewel because Mariano's sucks now but Jewel does too I guess.

Good thing it's a grocery store because if you need anything from the deli/prepared foods your going to need to pack a lunch. Don't let me get started with the attitudes. If you are that miserable find yourself a new job. Don't try to ruin my day. No more of my money for you...

Shopped at 10:30 PM and there were only 2 employees upfront. Even though some customers were complaining that the self checkout is closed (there's no way to explain to some people that's the store policy), everything was fast. Lori was my cashier and she was so nice, helpful and did everything with smile one her face! Had a slight issue with one coupon (my fault) and had to go back for a refund. Thomas Luebbers helped me out and he was just as nice and helpful!

I hate the store. I came in looking for one simple thing and at first I couldn’t find a single employee to ask for help and when I walked up to the front, I kept being passed from one unhelpful employee to the next. It seems like nobody knew where anything was and nobody wanted to help me. I will not be returning.

I was standing in bakery for about 10 min. To c if anyone will help nope 3 peoples was back there n didn't say a word a nice lady walk up an ask did i need help but the other 3 ladies just looked at me but nevet ask me can they help it's ashame the people y'all hiring do better never shopping there again
