This review has nothing to do with the employees at this location. I just need Jewel Osco to get its business together and quit messing with my life. If you can’t handle distributing the prescriptions you are in charge of you simply shouldn’t and stick to selling groceries. You mean I call you to get an update on my prescription at 6pm and you tell me now after I called the day prior as well that no e-prescriptions can be located because you are having server issues? Tell me why I care, imagine if this was a heart medication? You kidding me? A simple phone call letting me know the situation would have resolved this but Ofcourse you have done nothing for your employees or gotten enough employees to make sure you can keep your end of the bargain which is to distribute the e-receipts my doctor sends without excuses especially if I called you one day prior.

I get my allergy medicine here plus the pharmacy people are humble experience people you can talk too with your concerns. They helped me switch I love you Madison. I guess my body got used to the one I was taking for over 2 years so I had to flip flop. With that being said I like how the Jewel-Osco is up to date with the holidays I was able to get my mother's mother's Day plant and some other odds and ends

I didn't know how great this pharmacy was until I started using others after I moved. Solid, great, and consistent service. My family has used this pharmacy for many years, and I can't think of a single issue I have had. I go out of my way to use this pharmacy when I can now that I moved further away. If you are in the area and looking for a new pharmacy, I highly recommend this one. I even call this pharmacy for assistance when other Osco pharmacies are acting up--which they then resolve my issues for me. 10/10

Apparently they will not let you return anything due to Covid?? What I was returning was a creepy Halloween doll my husband bought as a joke? Not funny at all so I try to return it. I get this very bitchy, condescending girl at the service desk who told me that was their policy due to Covid?? I explained it wasn't a food item it was a creepy doll?? We spend at least $1,000 a month at this Jewel since 1996 so you just might want to make an exception!!

I shop at this Jewel more often now that I have the app & Just for You coupons. I think it's a great idea. It keeps me interested in coming in weekly. Are some things out of stock-yes, but so are a lot of other items in other stores. I don't feel they deserve a lower rating for that. Store is clean & stocked & I always have had employees be helpful. Thank you for your service Jewel,

I have been doing the grocery shopping for my household since the beginning of this Covid period and I have to say that if I continue to do it, it'll be at another store. Every week I pick up the weekly ad and bring it home to my wife and she makes the shopping list I use to go shopping. Every week I find that an item in the ad is OUT OF STOCK! Ad starts on Wednesday and I shop on Thursday. I call BS! From shrimp to cornish rock hens, to hot dogs, and today liver sausage. For the first time I got a rain check but doubt if I will ever use it. The front desk claims it because of Covid or greedy shoppers. Again I call BS! How about you just don't order enough or order it at all! Don't tell me that there are that many liver sausage lovers to completely wipe out two rows of the stuff with nothing in the back. I know because I asked.You can shop at this store if you want but be prepared for disappointment on not only sale items but regular stock items as well.Funny thing is every regular priced item that Jewel is out of I pick up at Meijers on the way home. Next week maybe I will just start there instead!

Store is clean, carts are usually available, and during the Wuhan virus the shelves have been stocked well, and when they run out of items they typically restock them soon. My only complaint is how they restructure the shelves occasionally, just when I've memorized where everything is, they change it. Sometimes I leave if I can't find it fast enough. Plus, the parking lot sometimes has random garbage on the pavement

I couldn't believe the price gouging that this jewel is doing like $8 for a pound of hamburger ridiculous potato chips two bags for $7 the time to help people not hurt them financially
