Jet Brite has invested in better brushes/ equipment than other local competitors. The wash does not "beat" the dirt off like others. Not the cheapest, but worth the monthly pass.

It’s exactly what you fear from these schemes. You decide at some point to quit, but the charges keep coming. I got a confirmation in July that the plan was canceled. It’s October and the money keeps rolling in and thus begins the battle over disputed charges and policies that give the consumer no rights. It’s not worth it. I knew better.

I am always happy with the car wash when I come here and appreciate the vacuums that can be used. It was only the first time that I came there that my windshield wiper blade blew off and thankfully I was able to retrieve it. When I got it back on. Thankfully, so far it hasn't come off again.

Not sure what is the point of having 4 lanes when only 2 or 3 get used at times ..For example , there’s a 3rd lane that has been shut down with an X on it for over a week !!!!!!! Ridiculous !Ppl be on line for over 30 minutes trying to get a wash ??????Here’s the good part ,,, jet brite never misses to withdraw your $30.00 every month …UPPER management should do something about this ,,, or we’ll find another place to wash our vehicles ? ? ???

I was solicited by a sells rep in July I believe and my car was the same when wash plan was brought then a month later was told my car could not be serviced at any of their locations due to my hood being secured with industrial strength bungee I asked the sells rep if this was autopay and he said no and if you don't come by in a 30 day you could renew on next visit now they keep charging my card for services not rendered for 3months emailed them to get resolution and included info required no response good location,clean facility, but mgt and staff rude and deceptive also borderline biased join wash club at your own risk they are very uninformative til you need to cancel good luck.
